Mr. Edward took great care of my family and I. I'm truly pleased with his professionalism.
The room lacked a microwave, making it impossible to heat up food unless we left our room and go downstairs to use one! NOT GOOD! Additionally, the hot water pressure at the bathroom sink faucet was extremely weak. I was in room 1017

The choice of breakfast could be better.
Very close to LGA which is why we picked this hotel. After missing our flight out of JFK the day before, we weren't risking it for the rebooked flight from LGA. We were only in the room for about 6-7 hours to sleep & head to airport. Beds were comfortable & hotel was very quiet for the short time we were there (other than the obvious airport noise). Free shuttle was the highlight! Our flight was at 6am and the hotel's shuttle started at 4am, so it was perfect. It picked us up at the hotel lobby & took us right to our terminal. Very quick & convenient!
It's in Queens. Area looked okay to me, but staff recommended we not walk to LGA at 4am so maybe they know things we don't know, though we had no problems. Area & hotel was very quiet other than the airport itself.
Everything was great! Staff were amazing, breakfast was excellent, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were neat and quiet. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again next time we are in NYC.

breakfast kind of sucked--coffee wasn't vey good and eggs looked like they ere made from powdered mix. bread was good though. also, it would be great to eat breakfast without having the TV blaring first thing in the morning.

Very close to La Guardia airport
Despite having confirmed reservation from Booking.com, we arrived there around 9pm after a 16 hour non stop flight to be told they could not find our reservation in their system! This took nearly 30 minutes to resolve, and we were close to driving somewhere else.
Shutter Bus to and from US Open and Airport. The timeless per schedule was perfect.
Close to the US Open. Great breakfast options and Complimentary. Enjoyed the snack bar too.
Would have been nice to have the shuttle to the open during fan week.
L'esmorzar va estar deliciós, la gent del hotel molt agradable i comprensiva. Sobretot la noia del front desk que ens va ajudar amb el pagament perque no ens funcionava la targeta, a més, un noi de la cuina que a la nit ens va tractar super bé ja que necessitava'm llet per al nostre fill i ens ho va solucionar ja que no hi ha cap shopping a prop. Gràcies mil!
