Family friendly, great stay!
Pros:

Friendly and super helpful staff. Even the shuttle driver was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth and great our stay here was. They even had a pack n play for our one year old. I was worried that being next to the airport, we'd hear planes nonstop. We had a travel sound machine which helps muffle out any hallway/external noises, but I can say I didn't hear a single plane. I Highly recommend!

Cons:

The only drawback i'd say is there was no fridge/microwave in the room for our baby's bottles so we just used the ice bucket to keep the milk cold all night. Otherwise, no complaints really.

Overall, my stay was okay, but I wanted to share a concern about billing. After checking out, I noticed a charge on my credit card that was very similar to the deposit taken at check-in, so I initially assumed it was related. A few days later, I realized it may not have been authorized.

I’m not sure where the issue came from, but I recommend that guests double-check their credit card statements after their stay. It may also be helpful for the hotel to review their payment processes to ensure everything is handled securely.

A great place for an emergency landing
Pros:

My wife and I got stuck at LGA and needed a place to stay last-minute. The Hampton Inn was close, surprisingly inexpensive. It had nice amenities and a slightly above-average breakfast. The shuttle bus was efficiently run.

keys didn’t work twice so finally they moved us to a different room. tv did not work, hard to get hot water. basically it was the worst hotel experience ever. do not stay here.

Idéale pour des arrivées tardive et des départs très matinaux. Vraiment à proximité de l’aéroport.

Cons:

J’ai commandé une chambre avec 2 lits King , j’ai reçu un lit King, plus un lit d’appoint. L’eau chaude la douche ne chauffe pas assez, les enfants n’ont pas pu se doucher. Les carreaux cassés au sol dans la salle de bain, les enfants on failli se blesser avec. La fenêtre très sale.

It had a smell. Shower was awful; weak and not hot. Very expensive too.

Comfy bed and room super clean. Breakfast buffet was great with hot food offerings as well as yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Good coffee! Friendly front desk staff and the convenience of the airport shuttle is perfect
