Sucked because promises weren't kept.

Close to LaGuardia airport

Cons:

I was told before I booked the room that there would be grab and go breakfast, as I had to leave at 4:00am for my flight, before buffett opened. Well there were no grab and go's even receptionists was shocked said they were supposed to be prepared the night before. I request a $30 refund on my room as breakfast was promised to me before I booked the room. I had to buy breakfast at the airport, which is money I shouldn't have had to spend.

Pros:

I liked the proximity to the airport and that it included breakfast.

Cons:

The bedroom seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The bed pillows had a terrible smell and feathers were poking through them despite the pillowcase covering, making it impossible to sleep on. The duvet cover on the bed looked so dingy worn out and like it hadn’t been washed in the longest time. It had a strange odour as well. I chose not to use the pillows because the smell coming off of it was so concerning. I folded up a towel and use that as a pillow instead. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable and super noisy every time I rolled over and I’m a small person so it should not have been noisy. The fact that it was so close to the airport you would think that they would soundproof the rooms. There was absolutely no soundproofing and you could hear airplanes and neighbours in the next rooms and the hallway.

Great stay for one night at LGA
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable and I the room was quiet. I slept very well and free shuttle to the airport was great. Very good place to stay to fly from LGA

Cons:

Staff was very friendly and accommodated all my asks. Quiet room with a nice comfy bed.
