Pros:

The very comfortable bed, helpful happy staff. Location for an event we were attending.

Cons:

Some traffic noise.....although it was expected as the hotel is by the side of M1.

It’s a shame because if the staff were better it would have been a 9 or 10. Maybe do a bit more training on social skill
Pros:

Good value for money. Really good breakfast.

Cons:

Other than just one member who checked us in on Saturday afternoon we felt the staff were poor. Very little social skills and manners.
