What's not to like about paradiso kuta.. The staff are brilliant, big notes to Jacob at the laguna bar, he's so helpful and he's remembered us everytime we come. Same as Sumatra in the dining room, so helpful with everything

Belle piscine.
Personnel bagagiste et sécurité très gentil. Les autres de la réceptions ont plutôt le regard jugeant.

Cons:

Selon les photos je pensais que l’hôtel avait vue sur la plage, et du moins la possibilité de s’y rendre de l’hôtel, or c’est faux. Il faut passer par la ville pour s’y rendre, grosse déception pour moi.
Petit déjeuner buffet pas très bon.
Spa très chère.

A pleasant stay in a great location, with friendly staff and convenient facilities.
Pros:

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, and a good swimming pool. The free airport shuttle is a real plus and makes the hotel very convenient. The breakfast has a good selection of both Asian and Western food.

Cons:

After seven days, the breakfast became a little repetitive as there was not much variation. The air conditioning in our room was also a downside, as it blew directly onto the beds throughout the night. This was uncomfortable and made us feel unwell.
