Kuta Paradiso Hotel

Needed a spot to sleep before flying to Lombok the next day. Hotel Kuta Paradiso was perfectly fitting.
The hotel is close by and offers a complimentary airport shuttle service.
The hotel was clean and tidy, as was the room (nice big king sized bed with view overlooking the pool).
The staff were helpful and very friendly.
Breakfast was included. There was a wide variety which is always great, and tasted good.
Would recommend based on my short stay!

We love it here and so do our kids, the staff are beautiful and go above and beyond to fill your needs. Breakfast staff are wonderful and so chatty. We look forward to seeing them Most mornings.

Overall we had a great stay! The hotel is located in a really great part of Kuta, close to the airport, the food and staff were amazing. The pool is excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

Great staff

This is an excellent well priced Hotel. The staff are very friendly, my room was beautifully cleaned every day, the pool and pool bar was great for food and drinks and the spa had lovely massages and other options which were well priced. This Hotel is very well located and close to the airport. I can’t fault it in any way

The people were very nice and the service was great. Breakfast was excellent. Facilities would have been great in their day. Getting a bit tired now. The aircon in our room struggled to keep us cool. Even though on the lowest setting and But the hottest time of the year. Overall, we had a lovely time. Good value for the price paid.

Firstly, I wish to mention Manager Ms Ruth Molina, she promptly addressed an issue that I encountered at the hotel to my satisfaction and went beyond and without my requesting, she provided a courtesy drop at the airport outside of the normal hours. The staff is very hospitable, courteous and helpful, the buffet breakfast has a variety of food, local and international options, egg station and the food was to my satisfaction. The hotel is a bit dated, but I did not encounter any issues in that regard. The rooms are spacious and property is clean, likewise was my room, it is close to the airport and located in a busy tourist area with lots of food choices, shopping and convience stores, transport is readily available and the area is walkable, lets say it is optimally located and I would recommend staying at this property. I have expedia VIP access and was treated as such

Comfortable hotel and close to everything in Kuta. Staff were pleasant as you’d expect in Bali The room was right above a sports bar, so they did have some loud bassy music going and the room was close to a main road which bothered me more, but after the first night you get used to it.

The location is great- but the property is a bit run down and needs a facelift.
Short walk to the beach and shopping and dining.

We had amazing days staying at Kuta Paradiso. Location is very convenient and close to Markets and walking distance to shopping centre. Beach is just accross the road. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast food was great, plenty options to eat.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
My sister and with the help of hotel staff gave a birthday surprise for our last day.
