It was good for the value. I would consider staying again
Pros:

The location was very close to the airport which was great. The staff was amazing and very kind.

Cons:

The property overall just needs an upgrade especially in the rooms. There is paint missing in some places. And you can’t just tell by looking at the rooms that it hasn’t been upgraded in a minute.

Gute Lage und bemühtes Personal, insgesamt aber deutlich unter dem erwarteten 5-Sterne-Niveau.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich schön und liegt sehr günstig – nahe am Flughafen, schnell am Strand und mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und bemüht.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht aus meiner Sicht eher einem 3,5-Sterne- als einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Obwohl das Personal bemüht war, dauerten viele Vorgänge an der Rezeption unnötig lange. Auch dass Konsumationen nur nach vorheriger Hinterlegung einer Sicherheit auf das Zimmer geschrieben werden können, fanden wir umständlich und für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie unpassend.
