Wahrscheinlich das beste Hotel in Loja, große Zimmer, spektakuläre Aussicht, gute Frühstück und angenehmes Ambiente. Service sehr aufmerksam und immer bereit zu helfen, sei es beim Check-in, Check-Out, Kofferaufbewahrung oder Extrawünschen.
Fitnessstudio ist zwar groß, ist jedoch auf öffentlich zugänglich. Geräte sind alt und teilweise sogar gefährlich in der Nutzung - diese mangelnde Qualität färbt auch auf das Hotel ab - das scheint dem Management nicht so bewusst zu sein.

The staff was excellent from start to end during my stay. Clearing all my questions and even helping me to schedule a taxi to the airport. The hotel is very beautiful and it's only about 10 minutes walk to the city center.
I was either not aware during the reservation, but the room did not have AC. It was quite warm in Loja during the night of my stay, so I had to sleep with the windows open to coold down the room. Breakfast could have more options as well.

ME COBRARON POR UNA SUIT Y ME DIERON UNA HABITACIÓN STANDAR, NO ES COMO VIMOS EN LAS FOTOS, DIJERON QUE ES CUESTIÓN DE BOOKING POR POR OFRECER LO QUE NO ES EN REALIDAD, APARTE ES EL SEGUNDO AÑO QUE VENGO Y LA PISCINA SOLO ESTÁ DISPONIBLE HASTA LAS 6pm POR EVENTOS QUE TIENE EL HOTEL, LA HABITACIÓN NO ESTABA LIMPIA COMO SABE ESTAR, OCURRIÓ APARTE UN EVENTO CON LA ALARMA DE INCENDIOS QUE FUE FALSA AL FINAL
