Apart-hotel in great location
Pros:

Location is great - right in the city center and an easy walk from the port. We had a clean 1 bedroom apartment which included a small kitchen, so one of us could sleep in and the other could get up, make coffee and relax. The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The living room furniture is basic, but was good enough for our 4 day stay. The washer/dryer is in a somewhat dingy room off the parking garage.

Pros:

It was a studio apartment -- with bed, some kitchen facilities, electric kettle etc. Their office coffee -- we enjoyed the most. The office staffs -- probably the best guide. Oliver recommended us to visit the Tromso Library. We visited the library -- building architecture itself is something to see. Great view from the library. Probably good book collection, too. We had limited time in our hands.
Back to facilities -- probably bit dated - but we liked it.
We will rebook the facility in our next visit.

Pros:

Il voto non è riferito alla camera di hotel prenotata, in quanto a causa di un imprevisto siamo stati dirottati sulla struttura associata Viking Hotel, che ci ha messo a disposizione un intero ed ampio appartamento allo stesso prezzo.
Upgrade decisamente gradito.
Appartamento molto bello, al piano terra di una piccola palazzina subito fuori dalla zona pedonale, ampio, con un grande soggiorno e due camere da letto matrimoniali.
Personale dell'hotel disponibile e gentile, e molto gradita la presenza di biscotti e tisane a disposizione degli ospiti.

Giusto qualche dettaglio da migliorare nell'appartamento, ma esperienza cmq molto positiva.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio
Pros:

Buena relación calidad-precio. Muy buena atención por parte de Nasrim y Oliver. Me cambiaron de una habitacion individual a una doble por el mismo precio. La habitación es apañada, con una pequeña cocina que me resultó muy útil. Lo puedo recomendar.

posizione centrale

Cons:

La stanza non presentava un accurata e approfondita pulizia in quanto negli angoli era molto visibile la presenza di polvere accumulatasi nel tempo.
La polvere era presente anche sul lampadario e sotto il divano che la sottoscritta ha dovuto necessariamente spostare poiché un oggetto personale vi era finito sotto.
Anche i vetri della finestra probabilmente non venivano puliti da tempo.
Assente del tutto una messa in sicurezza della finestra il cui davanzale essendo molto basso rappresenta un evidente occasione di pericolo(maggiormente in presenza di bambini).
