Great location and friendly staff
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, and I liked it so much. The location is perfect, right in the center, and within walking distance to all tour meeting points.
The staff is super friendly. The rooms are very spacious. The bed was comfortable. I definitely would come back again.

Perfect place with fair price in expensive city
Pros:

The place located in really good place next to center and main attraction with few minutes walking as tromso is bit crowded and difficult to to go by car with few parking available

The apartment overall price is great in compare to other on Tromso

The apartment is clean and with great warmer and heater
It do its purpose is to relax to energize and move on on your day

With parking option to you car which save a lot of trying to look in general parking public place

They have their own activities company and booking which save a lot of time

The receptionist staff is wonderfully respectful and positive and helpful

Pros:

Boa localização, próximo a mercados, centro turistico, lojas. Apartamento espaçoso, com ótima vista (se não estivesse nublado, daria pra ver a aurora boreal dali).
As fotos do anúncio coincidem com o quarto (ficamos no quarto de esquina, com janelas grandes e vista da montanha)

The receptionists are great. Nasreen stood out in particular—she is kind, friendly, and very helpful

Excellent location within walking distance to major attractions. The kitchen and room are very minimal. Beds are smaller than expected, and bathroom amenities are limited. There was no glass or holder provided for keeping toothbrushes.

Erg vriendelijk personeel maar verouderde accommodatie, niet wat je verwacht van een "junior suite"

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel.

De centrale ligging (hoewel de straat heel veel verkeer slikt en het lawaai van de straat goed hoorbaar is in de kamer).

Cons:

Badkamermeubel, WC en lavabo zijn niet meer conform aan de huidige normen (verouderd/ versleten), en de ruimte is veel te klein voor gebruik met 3 personen, de keuken heeft eveneens ernstige gebruikssporen, het loszittend stopcontact baarde ons zorgen.

In het algemeen heeft deze hotelkamer een grondige renovatie en opfrissing nodig, wat ons ook bevestigd werd aan de receptie nadat we over bovenstaande hebben gecommuniceerd.

Het dagelijks onderhoud is onvoldoende.
De hoofdkussens en sierkussens hadden vlekken, deze werden op onze vraag onmiddellijk vervangen.

De foto's op de site zijn absoluut niet meer representatief voor de huidige staat waarin de kamers zich bevinden.
