Todo muy bien sobre todo relación precio calidad el único que la picina de fuera un poco pecena y picina de los niños tienen que estar separaa de los adultos el resto bien el personal muy amable

Отель очень комфортный,в центре города вокруг отеля парк.Чистота и обслуживание на высшем уровне.Очень отзывчивый персонал.Особено хочу отметить из персонала Денку,Бориса и музыканта Боби.В отели высокий уровень spa и физиопроцедур.Спасибо за приятный отдых.

Pros:

Spa facilitues are not maintained. Micro tiles from walls are unglued. There are moulds on the walls and ceiling, light bulbs are burned out and not replaced with new one.
