Worth for money.
Cons:

They made me wait for nearly 2 hrs for early check-in.

It was ok except above cases. Food was very tasty and special coffee was awesome by Lakshmi. Staff were very nice
Pros:

Location was good and easy to commute to airport . Food was very tasty and with many options.

Cons:

Property was good but unfortunately I have to face bitter experience on aspects of disturbance due to renovation and other was washroom door got locked. Maintenance staff have to break open it and there was no intercom inside it. The staff expressed their sorry and given suitable waivers for me. I recommend to have telephone setup inside bathroom and to check all door locks again.

Pros:

Rooms are very spacious and had a pleasent stay for three nights at the hotel.Hotels location is perfect for solo travellers and business persons which is accessible by Metro and all major transports.

Cons:

I think there was shortage of staff at the hotel where food plates were left unattended at hall not taken overnight which had an unpleasent experience.Shower room and toilet space should have a little more spacious.

Cons:

While the Breakfast spread was very good, I was disappointed to find the idly hard and not soft. In Chennai I was expecting super soft idlies! I was also surprised to know that the restaurant had cut fruits but no fruit salad.
I thought the Chennai hotel was not as good as the Goa hotel, where I stayed last year.
