Western Village Inn & Casino by Peppermill Resorts

Very reasonably priced hotel, as cheap as low cost motels. Big rooms. Great staff. Nice sportsbook. Good, reasonably priced gaming options, with servers coming around frequently to help you gamble more. The area is close to many restaurants in addition to the casino restaurants if you want more variety.
Fridge and coffee in the room, but no microwave or safe. Not a luxury hotel, but a nice clean, cheap hotel.

We don’t visit Western Village Inn & Casino as often as we used to, but we still love their deli and coffee shop. Parking can be tough — especially midday — and it’s always packed, which says a lot about how well they’re doing. They’re easily 4–5 times busier than Legends Bay Casino, and it doesn’t look like they’ve lost any business.

The main reason we keep coming back is Duc. He’s one of the best bartenders in Northern Nevada. He remembers everyone’s drink, always creates something new for me to try, and delivers fast, friendly, and genuinely fun service every time. He’s exactly the kind of employee you want representing your business!

An off duty cocktail waitresses named Shelby Thomas was sitting at the bar talking down to customers. She is supposed to represent the image of the casino but the casino made it acceptable that she was allowed to act how she did off duty towards guests. Security did not treat us as if we were guests of the casino.

Mexican restaurant in casino was very good

Nice average priced hotel. Biggest disappointment is that the a/c didn't work properly. I can't sleep when I'm hot. Maintenence came to try and fix around 11pm. Worked for 10 minutes then started tripping again. Was just a 1 night stay so I sucked it up. Think the hotel needs updating.
