une belle expérience. Ils ont également gardé nos bagages en attendant l'heure de notre train

personnel adorable, à l'écoute, maîtrisant très bien les différentes langues
Nous avions un appartement très confortable avec ascenseur, et de quoi faire à manger
une permanence est assurée toute le temps si problème

Cons:

nous avons eu une première chambre bruyante. ( voisins indiscrets, portes lourdes claquant en permanence à une heure avancée, et surtout fenêtre donnant sur une artère très passante, avec des noctambules s'esclaffant bruyamment jusqu'à 1, 2 heures du matin: je l'ai signalé, et, très bon point, on m'a proposé immédiatement un autre logement de l'autre côté, côté cour, qui nous a changé la vie!! merci au personnel très compréhensif

Décevant et hors de prix pour un 4 étoiles !!

La propreté et le personnel

Cons:

C'était une suite vraiment de niveau très très moyen pour un prix exorbitant ; prévue pour 3 mais les chaises et la vaisselle uniquement pour 2 ! Ensuite les plaques éléctriques ne marchaient pas, pas de restaurant , pas de bar, aucun lieux chaleureux pour se retrouver, le petit-déjeuner était dégoutant et bas de gamme; pas de produits offerts pour un 4 étoiles ; aucun accès aux services comme Netflix ou autres chaines .

La posizione è perfetta per spostarsi in tutta la città. Lo staff gentilissimo è utilissimo il servizio del deposito bagagli.

Cons:

La nostra stanza non aveva il bagno finestrato e nemmeno l'impianto di areazione per gli ambienti chiusi. Terribile!
