Pros:

It was all good until reception could not extend my room key for my three nights.
How hard is it extend the room key ?
I confirmed at reception the room extension, which I was confirmed but when I walked along way to my room the key did not work. I am paying € 200 a night and Laura ( reception ) could not even extend my key card on the computer
I was so far from reception and on a schedule it was a huge issue.
This was hugely embarrassing for me.

Pros:

Most of the staff were so lovely and helpful ..housekeeping were so friendly..

Cons:

The fact that they knew a buggy would be needed for return from A celebration in the grounds They refused ..(..A long walk back to main Hotel )..Main lift was out of order and as some one with a walking problem a lot of walking was needed to change levels..and on day of leaving reception was asked to call a Taxi and they refused ...So not happy with this type of Customer service ....No 5* Hotel would do this ...3* maybe

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Was disappointed with the lack of signage to allow you to get to the golf course from the Hotel. I had to ask at reception but I should have been able to follow signage
