Great service. Skip the breakfast.
Pros:

Spacious clean room. The wall thermostat is a nice touch. Shuttle service is excellent and the desk staff are very helpful. Skip the $15.00 breakfast and walk to Boozy Biscuits for a much better breakfast for the same price.

Cambria hotel reviews
Pros:

The staff was very nice. Rooms are nice, clean, great place,
. Shuttle service is very nice. Always a great location to go.

Cons:

Breakfast selection and portions could be better.
Needs later operating time, needs to use real shelled eggs, have all items available. Maintenance needs to keep whirlpool operating, not leave desk person to deal with. Whirlpool was not working properly. Had a issue on a Saturday.

Absolute Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs
Pros:

I booked the Park and Fly package here, trusting my vehicle would be safe. I returned yesterday to find my truck window smashed in.

When I brought this to the front desk’s attention, they admitted they were already aware of the damage. In fact, they told me an employee had put a plastic bag over my window to "mitigate the damage." Despite them clearly knowing my truck had been vandalized while I was away, I never received a single phone call or notification.
I followed up with the General Manager today, and the experience went from bad to worse. He immediately hid behind the "waiver," dismissively telling me, "That is why we have you sign the waiver." He then tried to claim the hotel had no knowledge of the incident, stating that if they had known, they would have contacted the owners immediately.

When I pointed out the blatant contradiction—that his own staff admitted to seeing the damage and bagging the window, he changed his story again. He even described the specific cars that were hit (including mine), proving he knew exactly what had happened. When I called him out on this inconsistency, the General Manager called me an "ignorant liar."
It is one thing to have a security issue; it is another thing entirely to be dishonest, fail to notify customers of property damage, and then verbally abuse them when they ask for accountability.

Do not park your car here. They do not care about your property, and management is unprofessional and disrespectful.

Do not stay here
Pros:

Terrible!! Vents in the bathroom where disgusting. No phone in the room, had to go to the front desk every time we needed anything. Toilet was clogged, they just gave us a plunger and told us to plunge it ourselves. Didn't work so they move us rooms. Hot tub was out of order the whole time. Bathroom vent was disgusting..... Asked to speak to a manager who seems to only work part time and didnt hear anything from him.

Let down
Pros:

It was cheap.

Cons:

Hot tub didn’t work.
The service was terrible down stairs. Slow and running out of every food on the menu.
Our second tv didn’t work. People at the front desk said they didn’t have time to fix it.

Only the room was ok
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The airport shuttle was easy to get, only 15 minutes to the hotel.

Cons:

I chose this hotel for the breakfast buffet (which was included in the category I chose) and the swimming pool. There was no buffet, only coffee and breakfast sandwiches were offered, no eggs. Management told me that there isn't any buffet offered for 5 years and that they didn't know it was part of the photos and description at booking.com, haha.
The swimming pool was tiny and cold, the hot tub luke warm. The gym had a bad smell. There was no clean smell anywhere in the hotel, in my room there was a faint smell. No light was bright enough to read, not even at the desk.

Good place to stay if forced to stay overnight from DIA
Pros:

Friendly staff, shuttle was only running hourly so we ended up having to leave earlier than we wanted. Clean rooms. Nice lobby. Restaurant was closed but there were other options nearby.

The staff made our visit! The facilities were not so great.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the front desk person. My apologies I cannot remember his name, but he was so professional and kind! If he was not working there, we probably would have left. Also, this hotel has a wonderful shuttle service.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool were down. That was one of the reasons why I booked this room. In addition to that, we found someone else’s underwear in our bed.

Pros:

Location was nice. Lobby was appealing and clean.

Cons:

Room wasn’t clean. There was a sticky hand plastered to the ceiling and fruit snacks scattered along the room. The tub faucet trickled non stop. Only 2 towels for a king suit for 4 people which was inconvenient. I did tell management about the cleanliness and they did offer to switch us rooms but I refused after having a very long day with 2 children.

Pros:

Staff was nice and the rooms were clean but it was the outside that had a swore thumb. Ground maintenance is needed.
