It's not the suburban lodge it's the traffic in lodge
Pros:

They put me in a room that was not ready to be issued out. Charge me full price for didn't kick me out and ban me because someone was knocking on my door for an hour straight. I have to pay in the money I did. I'm a Mexican siren and wish that I got my money back for in the stay. I didn't deserve to have to pay for this at all. Just to be banned and to be treated rudely by the staff. Have the staff asked me questions about my significant other's age? It was all embarrassment

The manager and her staff feel like they are above the law and treat people like trash and like their drug addicts

Cons:

Sparsely furnished. They would not let us have extra towels. You got 2 per room. I have really long hair and need a towel just for my hair.

Pros:

The location to the hospital.

Cons:

I work nights at the hospital, so I sleep during the day. I explained this and they put me right next door to a room doing construction so it was hard to sleep.

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Location, staff was friendly.

Cons:

The microwave, and stove top didn’t work. There was food stuck between the wall and the backsplash on the little kitchenette counter top area. My husband killed several roaches. The floor was sticky and made the bottom of socks/feet dirty. Currently under renovation and was put in a room that wasn’t completed. I was told at check in while signing paperwork “there are no refunds for any reason at this property” and I should have asked to see our room first at that point. No ice machine, only 2 pillows, no extra blankets. Etc…

Pros:

Nothing whatsoever. I would’ve liked the workout facility were it not packed with boxes

Cons:

Cleanliness, window that wouldn’t close, toilet that wouldn’t stop running, sticky floor, etc

Do not book here
Pros:

The room smelled like garbage so they upgraded me to one of the NEWLY RENOVATED rooms. The bed was on steel frames no cups coffee or anything but towels. The TV did not have a remote. I did not stay. Gave them the keys and left Andre eiced no refund. Terrible experience.
