Never stay here again.
Pros:

We liked the locationand the bed was comfortable. The a ataff was friendly.

Cons:

In the pool and hot tub there was huge chunks of rusty metal. The milk from the breakfast was spoiled. The studio suite was realy small and not functional.

It worked ok for the one night stay, we would not chose this location again or refer to anyone
Pros:

Breakfast was good, fast & very filling.
Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The room was lot smaller than expected being suite with king bed & sitting area with pull out couch.

Pull out couch was really a pull out love seat. When we pulled it out to set it up, it was really dirty underneath with popcorn & other items.

Room was ok & pretty much clean but very dated.

Sink drain was very slow to drain.

Light over sink in bathroom did not work.

TV remote in sitting area did not work.

We took our grandchildren swimming in the pool. Th pool seemed cleaned but the hot tub was extremely nasty!! The was a very musty moldy smell in there especially.

We didn’t report all the things at the time.

I believe the attendant was named Timothy & he was very quick to provide a couple of things we did ask for.
2 more towels, plastic bag for our dirty clothes. & linens for pull out bed.

Pros:

The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of options. The staff was very polite.

Cons:

I didn’t like that they did not mention on the phone when I called that the pool is closed due to recently being sold and health department must come and okay the pool. Completely understand it’s out of their control, but when I called the day I booked my room I asked about the pool and was not Inform I had two kids who were disappointed and bored sitting in the room.

Pros:

It was clean and close to the zoo and restaurants.

Cons:

The indoor pool was closed...which is the only reason I booked here! No one called to tell us ahead of time so I had to deal with my children crying from disappointment. It was too late to book elsewhere with a pool...no availability. So we were stuck with a 180 dollar mediocre room with no pool. They were nice enough to give us a $20 refund 🙄🥴

I and my children were super disappointed that the pool was not prepared.

Cons:

There is a pool advertised, that was the reason I chose this place. But it wasn't in service, and o was notified so that I could have chosen somewhere else to be.

I should’ve went elsewhere!
Pros:

Only thing that I could really say that I liked was the guests, and staff!

Cons:

No pool, which was one of the only reasons I booked this hotel in the first place! Me and my family and friends were very disappointed! We traveled 3 1/2 hours to get there and even further just to find something for the kids to do on our stay! Breakfast Saturday morning perfect, Sunday it was awful the bare minimum was afforded no pancake/waffle mix was available! No type of any thing for all of the kids that were there to do!
