The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of options. The staff was very polite.
I didn’t like that they did not mention on the phone when I called that the pool is closed due to recently being sold and health department must come and okay the pool. Completely understand it’s out of their control, but when I called the day I booked my room I asked about the pool and was not Inform I had two kids who were disappointed and bored sitting in the room.
It was clean and close to the zoo and restaurants.
The indoor pool was closed...which is the only reason I booked here! No one called to tell us ahead of time so I had to deal with my children crying from disappointment. It was too late to book elsewhere with a pool...no availability. So we were stuck with a 180 dollar mediocre room with no pool. They were nice enough to give us a $20 refund 🙄🥴

There is a pool advertised, that was the reason I chose this place. But it wasn't in service, and o was notified so that I could have chosen somewhere else to be.
Only thing that I could really say that I liked was the guests, and staff!
No pool, which was one of the only reasons I booked this hotel in the first place! Me and my family and friends were very disappointed! We traveled 3 1/2 hours to get there and even further just to find something for the kids to do on our stay! Breakfast Saturday morning perfect, Sunday it was awful the bare minimum was afforded no pancake/waffle mix was available! No type of any thing for all of the kids that were there to do!

No pool. Would of been nice to k ow before booking it would of booked elsewhere since I have kids.

The first room they gave us we found blood on one of the pillows and a long black hair in the bed. The second room they gave us, a spider ran out from under the covers when we pulled the sheets back. The third room they gave us was ok. We were offered a free Pepsi from their store to compensate for the disgusting things we found in the beds. Indoor pool was closed due to waiting on a health department inspection. Breakfast bar was subpar, nothing special.
Good breakfast--nothing over the top, but it did the job. Yum, oatmeal!

Room 204 smelled offensive and bathroom floor was not clean enough. Tile grout dirty.

Staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked very nice. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and lots of selections. Location was perfect! We will definitely be back
