This hotel earns a mixed review. We stayed in some fabulous hotels in India - where the hospitality was exceptional (The Oberoi and Leela!!!).
Arriving here, we constantly felt that we were a bother. The front desk staff was not welcoming. The restaurant had a ton of staff and all 3 times we went there, it as as though we were an inconvenience. A staff member literally closed a door in our face. It was so different than the other hotels we stayed.
The room, however, was one of the nicest we stayed in. It had a private pool and was clean and very nice.
Despite that, I would NOT RECOMMEND.
The rooms were spacious well cleaned and they left plenty of water and we were able to make tea and coffee. Smart TV was good too.
The common areas and Elan restaurant were cold. We were there in January and I was so cold at dinner I had to ask for a blanket! I am from the UK so used to cold but the temperature was not comfortable.

Had lovely, clean and spacious room with a pool.
“Welcome to the Lodhi” written in flower petals in our room (when we arrived) was a nice touch.
Room service was excellent.
Breakfast was excellent- except for one day.
The facilities were excellent. Really enjoyed playing pickle ball with one of the staff, very cheerfully, acting as ball boy.
Only issue was one morning (Sunday) for breakfast. Staff were organizing a Sunday brunch event and the breakfast area seemed short staffed. No one to greet us / take us to our table for some time. Difficulty getting service once seated and repeatedly got our order wrong.
I should add that the only reason this stood out was because everything else about our stay was perfect.

I like the sports facilities they are superb
A few uber drivers have missed the entrance because the Lodi sign shows up rather sudden. you may want to show clearer sign like “In” and “Out” with neon light as an example.
