Pros:

חדרים גדולים נקיים ויפים , מיטה נוחה חניה במלון . היחס מדהים , הכול היה פשוט מעולה . כול דבר שביקשו ישר דאגו לנו . המיקום 100 בעיר העתיקה ממש לא צריך יותר מזה ולא שומעים שום רעש מהמדרחוב . ממליצה בחום.

Cons:

Pointlessly large room, with two single beds and significant amounts of completely empty space, no sofa or comfy chairs etc. Pointlessly large bathroom, with shower over bath. Significant amounts of wasted space that could have easily accommodated a bath AND a shower. A MISSED OPPORTUNITY space wise.

Perfektes Hotel für eine Städtereise inmitten Danzig
Pros:

Top Lage. Zimmer mit riesigem Balkon und atemberaubenden Blick über die Altstadt. Beste Zimmer 555 und 557. Frühstück war reichhaltig und einem 5 Sterne-Hotel entsprechend. Zimmer waren sauber und Zimmerservice gründlich.

Cons:

Service beim Frühstück könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein (benutzte Teller wurden teilweise nicht abgeräumt und stapelten sich).

Great location. Very nice and helpful staff.

Cons:

Breakfast is low quality. Even though there are quite a lot of options to choose from, but this is more quantity over quality. Hotel is quite worn out and would need refurbishment to keep asking this price.

Not 5 star - But a solid 4 star hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

My wife and I and our Daughter and her husband recently stayed at the hotel. We had two rooms - an Executive Floor Junior Suite for my wife and I and an Executive room for them. The rooms were next to each other on the 5th floor which was convenient. The decor of both rooms and the entire floor was updated and stylish. However, our suite (#509) had a few issues. The bedroom itself had a steeply angled, low ceiling on one half of the bedroom. I am very tall so I could not stand in that part of the room or choose to sleep on that side of the bed. But, that would really only be an issue for taller than average people. A bigger issue is that the bedroom had very inadequate lighting. It only had a couple of small wall lights and no bedside lamps. So, in the evening when there wasn't natural light it was difficult to see. Also, the living room couch and chairs were not comfortable. We booked one suite so that we would have a gathering place for the four of us the socialize and it really wasn't comfortable.

The bathroom was extremely well done and served our needs perfectly. And, the coffee and drink area worked well. When I called down to ask for ice I was told I needed to go down to the bar to get it instead of it being brough to the room. We only went to the hotel breakfast one day and we were all disappointed in the offerings and quality. We had communication issues with a front desk attendant once so I asked my Polish Son-in-Law to translate and he found out the attendant actually wasn't Polish either so even he couldn't communicate well with him.

My somewhat negative view on the hotel may be because they hold themselves to be five star on their website but they are more accurately a 3 or 4 star level hotel. But, I do feel that it is properly priced for a 3 or 4 star hotel so at least you are paying for what you get.

إقامة جيدة من ناحية الموقع، لكن مشكلة التكييف وعدم حلها بشكل مناسب أثرت كثيراً على الراحة أثناء الإقامة.
Pros:

الفندق من ناحية الموقع والنظافة وتعامل بعض الموظفين كان جيد، لكن للأسف تجربتي تأثرت بشكل كبير بسبب مشكلة التكييف داخل الغرفة. كانت الغرفة حارة جداً طوال فترة الإقامة، ورغم إبلاغ الفندق عدة مرات لم يتم حل المشكلة بشكل فعلي، وكان الحل الوحيد توفير مروحة صغيرة، وهو أمر غير مناسب لفندق بهذا المستوى. كنت أتوقع معالجة أفضل وراحة أكثر مقابل قيمة الحجز المدفوعة.

أكثر شيء لم يعجبني هو سوء التعامل مع مشكلة التكييف داخل الغرفة. كانت الغرفة حارة جداً طوال الإقامة، ورغم إبلاغ الفندق عدة مرات لم يتم إصلاح المشكلة أو تقديم حل مناسب، وكان الاكتفاء بوضع مروحة صغيرة فقط. هذا الأمر أثر بشكل واضح على الراحة وجودة النوم، ولا يليق بمستوى الفندق أو بالسعر المدفوع مقابل الإقامة.
