Rooms were very clean.
Very clean, convenient, easy access to our scheduled events.
Nice rooms and close to attractions
We never stayed at the hotel. We were in a hurry and needed to get to a tour so after check-in we had to leave. We did go up to the room. We saw that the toilet was very dirty. I have pictures. But worse, where were the smells of cleaning products, very overpowering and made my friend quite ill. We did not return to the hotel on Saturday, we only use the bathroom once. On Sunday, as soon as we were done with our hike, I went back and explained to Holly at the front desk that we had to leave because The chemical smells were making my friend ill. I told her we had to use the bathroom but had not used the bed or anything else in the room. We checked out around 12:30 or so. I said that ideally of course I would like my second night stay money to be refunded, but that I would be happy with a $100 refund. Holly told me that the manager would be in charge of that decision, Jessica. No one ever called me and we are still traveling at this time. I would never recommend staying at your hotel. I don’t think it’s reasonable or fair that I am not getting at least a partial refund.
Would stay again! Fantastic staff member who checked us in!!
Clean
The managers at the front desk are always so kind.
Staff was excellent air conditioner not working properly and first room. They moved us to another. Everything was great. All the employees were working hard. Everything was great thank you so much.
I don't normally complain or even write reviews, but because our stay had an extreme amount of issues, I felt a responsibility to warn others. I highly discourage anyone from staying at this hotel. The amount of issues caused this to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a hotel.
Let me start with the positive...the staff was kind and professional. Now for the bad...
The elevator felt like a bronco coming out of the shoot every time we were on it. The toilet in our room had heavy stains that caused it to look / feel dirty. The microwave had food crumbs and dried cheese sauce inside. The clock was set wrong by about 7 hours. And best of all, there was feces smeared on the bathroom doorframe. I was there with family, so there were two other rooms in play for our group - they're rooms had dirty microwaves and clocks off by hours as well. The clock might seem trivial, but little things like that matter, and they need to be set correctly.
The continental breakfast only offered coffee. There was a milk carafe with the cereal, so I guess you could get a cup of milk from that, but there was no water or juice of any kind offered. The yogurt and the coffee creamer were both out-of date. The stairwell closest to our rooms was "not in use," so in the event of an emergency exit, that didn't feel safe at all.
We shared our issues and concerns respectfully with the staff, and they were kind in hearing us out. but I highly recommend NOT booking here.
Location
Very clean. Great staff
Clean, Nice Only issue was microwave did not work and min fridge was wobbly and noise keeping us awake
We had to turn off the air conditioner to sleep. It was horribly loud. Had I known that earlier I would have asked for a different room. A toaster without a setting for bagels? Really? Then why have bagels? The coffee was good. Would have been nice if there was some juice...
This was a great place to stay for our motorcycle trip
This place was reasonably priced, clean, and staff was great. We did go on a weekend where we knew there would not be a whole lot of people so I cannot say what it's like during peak times.
Everything was good about this property except the elevator was broken the whole time we were there.
A good hub for exploring the southern parts of Great Smoky Mountain National Park and surrounding area. The property can accommodate campers and trailers.
friendly staff,
The staff was very nice and the amenities were great I loved the fact they had fresh lemon water every morning the place was very clean and organized I highly recommend this hotel if your visiting for the casino
