Rooms are disgusting, housekeeping staff does a horrible job!
Pros:

Alexis at the front desk was very helpful trying to get us in a clean room, she changed our room twice then reached out to her manager.

Cons:

Very dirty! First room had black curly hairs in every corner of the bathroom and the room smelled awful, got switched to a new room and pulled the blankets back on one one the beds and there was what looked to be a human feces with the shape of a handprint around it like someone whiped their poop covered hand on the bed, got put in a different room, same thing with hair all over the bathroom floor, a huge wet sticky spot at the end of the bed, and air conditioner vent covered in mold, again the room smelled awful. Alexis at the front desk didn’t have anymore open rooms that would work for us and couldn’t give a refund without speaking to her manager which I was told her manager is supposed to reach out to me. Hasn’t done so yet and we just gave up and had to stay as I can’t afford another hotel room without being refunded first. This was the most awful experience ive ever had at a hotel and we travel two to three times a month with my daughters softball. I don’t think I’ll stay at another Hampton inn anywhere, ever again! Below is a picture of the poop stain on the bed, hard to see the handprint in the photo.

Great time, friendly staff, great breakfast!
Pros:

Excellent breakfast, hot, fresh, plenty of selection.

Cons:

State track meet going on. Not your fault!! Had to wait a little while to check in. Pool was full of kids, but to be expected. Neither of these was an issue, just unexpected.
