Cons:

Dated. Peeling wallpaper. Low toilets. Pillows were flat, needed replaced. Ice machine out of order.

The location was where we wanted to be

Cons:

The reservation we made was not found and they uncharged me and then expected I call back to fix their issue besides them following up with me. One of the beds looked like it was slept in, the shampoo was not refilled, the pool was cloudy, the bathroom counter had sticky residue, the bed was squeaky. Did you change management and owners from the last time I stayed, when they couldn’t find our reservation they said they didn’t have a room and when I showed proof they said they found an available room. We decided that next time we will choose a different place to stay , you lost us as a customer. Please make sure my billing gets fixed immediately and someone needs to call to gets this resolved ASAP

Good value, great staff. Bed was the only negative.
Pros:

Staff was excellent, as was the breakfast. Room was clean.

Cons:

Bed was very saggy and uncomfortable, lots of stomping and running in hallways but that’s not the fault of the property or staff, just inconsiderate guests.
