Principalement l'emplacement, à proximité directe du Carré Vert.
Le logement répondait à nos attentes et même plus.
Attention particulière pour la réceptionniste, dont les explications étaient limpides.
Il ne manquait absolument rien à notre confort.
Sur la taille, c'était incroyable, d'autant plus que nous avons été surclassés.
Impeccable sur toute la ligne.
Rien à dire de plus, c'était tout simplement génial !

Cons:

La fermeture pourrait intervenir plus tardivement en cette belle période estivale et de canicule.

We did not stay even one night because the facility did not meet our minimum needs

We did not stay at this facility because it absolutely did no meet our requirements. It was more like a hostel than an apartment/studio. Having said this, the staff was beyond excellent in understanding our issues. We found a hotel instead because we absolutely could not stay at the facilty.

Cons:

We didn't like being misled! The Booking.com information described a Double Studio when in point of fact it was a anything but that. The description was did not match reality whatsoever.
Again, the staff were excellent. They were very helpful and even showed us a different room. They understood we were not hiking around Europe and simply looking for a shelter. We are seniors and we were looking for a comfortable, clean 3-4 star room which this one was not.

Pros:

Établissement simple, sans chichis, mais fonctionnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et disposent d'une kitchenette pratique. Le rapport qualité/prix est moyen. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et serviable. Je recommande le parking sécurisé à 5 €, car avec la discothèque à proximité, il est souvent difficile de trouver une place à l'extérieur.

Cons:

Si possible, demandez une chambre côté calme, car celles donnant vers la discothèque peuvent être un peu bruyantes. Quelques équipements mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Petit bémol : notre lit grinçait, la housse du canapé était tachée, le sol de la salle de bain pas trop propre ni la terrasse.

Presque l'honnêteté de la "directrice" qui a bien failli me convaincre de ne pas mettre un avis négatif sur son établissement en me proposant une réduction de 50% sur mon séjour....
Cela fait bientôt 15 jours et toujours rien reçu !

Cons:

Si vous souhaitez dormir dans un lit que les personnes avant vous viennent de quitter la veille sans que les draps soient changés ( poils dans le lit, surtout au fond avec des résidus de papiers) ou découvrir une chaussette sale dans le canapé lit dans lequel vos enfants vont s'endormir "paisiblement" et constater les restes du petit déjeuner précédent dans le bol ou la poussière dans les autres, bref vous êtes au bon endroit !

Clean accommodation perfect for a short stay
Pros:

Easy to find, lots of parking (parking was free outside and only 5E to park inside), there was a pool, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. Plus a great restaurant 5 mins walk away !

Plats à emporter excellents

Cons:

Douche bouchée = changement d’appartement
2eme appartement = « bêtes des champs » peut-être inoffensif mais se faufile partout (lit, vêtements, sacs…)
