Holiday weekend gateway
Pros:

The staff while checking into Hampton Inn was very respectful and helpful. The facility appearance and location was nice.

Cons:

The air conditioner never went below a certain temperature which made our uncomfortable. We just dealt with it for the night and checked out the next day.

Don't think I'll stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Had hot water and the air conditioner worked so that's a plus

Cons:

Rented 2 rooms 404 409 and TV's in both room didn't have signals. Toilet in room 404 would not flush...thank God nobody had to go #2

One night only thank God
Pros:

The complimentary breakfast was awesome. The water was hot for showering. The air conditioner worked well.

Cons:

I rented 2 separate rooms and the TV in both rooms do not have a signal, didn't bother reporting it because it was late 11:30 p.m. when we got in so everyone was sleepy anyway. The toilet in room 404 would not flush. So glad nobody had to do the #2.

Decent hotel. Nothing special really.

Cons:

Bathroom light switch had a short in it. Making it difficult to turn off light. Bedroom lock was damaged making it difficult to lock Bedroom door with interior lock.

Cons:

Our vehicle was broken into the first night. The back glass was busted out. Along with several other cars in the parking lot. No working outside cameras. The outside doors that usually need key card access were not locked. When we told them we didn’t feel safe and wanted a refund for the second night we were denied. The hotel was not helpful at all. The room was not cleaned well.
