Nothing!!! I had to stay money was already paid!!!

Cons:

The room I booked the door was broken didn't locked. The second room, ACE, broken leaked water, left a horrible smell. I sprayed the room but still didn't help, and the carpet was wet. The front desk didn't have any more rooms we didn't have a choice but to stay. Lesson learned.😐😔😞

Exceptional service, well-maintained rooms, inviting atmosphere!
Pros:

I can't say enough about the exceptional staff at this hotel. Jasmine went above and beyond to accommodate our large family's needs (9 of us) when we showed up after a 15-hour drive. It didn't stop there. She and the rest of the staff were attentive, friendly, and supportive throughout our entire stay. The hotel offers an inviting lobby with a lovely fireplace for relaxing conversation. The kids loved the pool and breakfast! Overall, this was a wonderful, enjoyable stay!
