And the General manager is so professional and kinda I won't be going to any other hotel soon

The location is great for Notre Dame events…easy walk to the campus. The staff were very nice and also accommodating!!!

The general manager Bobbie was the best part of the stay...she was very pleasant and accommodating for anything we needed...she definitely needs a raise

Only positive was that this was a football game weekend and the hotel is a 20-30 min walk to Notre Dame Campus/Stadium. Hotel is a bit worn and run down. The room we were in had two broken pictures/mirrors, inside of window was filthy with hand prints and smears all over it, bathroom shower curtain was broken and falling down when showering, bathroom light only stayed on for 30 seconds at a time (frustrating when showering), keys kept having to be reprogrammed and was not told that there would not be any room service without a request. Hallway carpets were worn and stained. Yes it is close to the Notre Dame campus but next time we will spend a bit more and stay elsewhere.

The staff was over the top accomodating. Helpful and pleasant.

The one worker (forget her name) was there to assist at every turn (she had a couple tatoos - one on her neck). She was AWESOME!!

Worst Microtel we have ever stayed at. It was dirty, didn’t have clean towels, breakfast was absolutely disgusting…
Staff was not available and there are homeless people staying in parking lot next door. Police were at hotel each night for something. Halls smell of marijuana. Do not stay there!!

Property needs an update. We were there 3 nights and never receved any room cleaning service, beds made or towel service.

Hotel is okay. Nothing spectacular but a good spot to stay at for Notre Dame games.

Had issues with the room but the staff upgraded us to a better room so it worked out well.

It was a ok hotel for what you pay. Pretty clean, free breakfast, staff was nice. Easy check in and out. If you are someone that likes to shower and poop in pitch black darkness this hotel is for you!!! Yes I’m serious you will be showering in the dark and have to get out to make the lights turn back on.

We stayed at Microtel this past weekend for the ND-Texas A&M game. We had a really good stay. We arrived at 2:30 AM after our flight was delayed getting to Chicago. Adam, who was working the front desk, could not have been more friendly. He even went with us to look at the room we had, and he switched us into a room that had a pull out couch. The queen bed was really comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Plus, it was only about a 15 minute walk to the Grotto at the University of Notre Dame.

From the moment I walked through the door, Amy, the front desk clerk, greeted me with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a truly remarkable stay. When I mentioned it was my first time in South Bend, she took the time to provide all the information I needed to make my visit special. The entire team's hospitality made this trip unforgettable, and I’m already looking forward to my next game day visit!
