Pros:

Quiet and staff friendly

Cons:

The sound of the highway to loud. The hallway was a tad dirty. Construction workers brought dirt in with them. Pancakes were to doughie. The appliances need to be replaced. Microwave making noise and refrigerator was lop sided.

Pros:

Nice rooms. Inside pool. Free breakfast.

Cons:

The only minor complaint we had is that the receptionist on duty when we checked in didn't really welcome us. It was as if she was just doing the minimum to fulfill her job duties.

Good Value. A couple of things to overlook.
Pros:

Bed was great. Breakfast was good. Price was good.

Cons:

They mopped the bathroom floor with a dirty mop. I had to request some air freshener, that covered up the problem. Rest of the room cleanliness was good. Right off a busy road, so the very poorly insulated walls made sure we missed no trucks throughout the night.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

The maintenance gentleman was awesome! He let the kids swim while he was doing a repair. He was so kind and was worried HIS NOISE might bother them. Nope!!! I was worried the KIDS' NOISE would bother him!

The breakfast was DELICIOUS! Thanks to Miss Pat and Ms. Chassity. They were great at making the food so delicious with a few added touches. They excellently keep the food stocked, even when the area was crowded!!!

The night worker was the best I've ever had!! She gave us extra towels IMMEDIATELY since we were staying so long. She gave us the supplies for the pull out couch we were going to need the following night. She gave us info. I was so thankful and felt really welcomed. We checked in at 9 pm but did not unload. We came back at 11and THAT is the SUPER STAR Employee!!!!

The ice water with fruit was amazing!!!! I especially loved the ORANGE SLICES!!! SO DELICIOUS!!! (I was at another IHG/holiday inn express this trip and they didnt have this that I found.) Great job!!!! I used this DAILY.

Cons:

I always want more pegs to hang things. Not a complaint tho.

One night stay to attend a wedding, this hotel met our needs.
Pros:

Breakfast was limited with the only egg offering being a spicy pre-made egg white omelet. A scoop of scrambled eggs would have been nice. Grits and sausages were good with a variety of breads.

Cons:

The A/C worked well and almost drowned out the noise of the nearby interstate. Water pressure in the shower was low and the tub bottom was a bit slippery. The sturdy grab bar helped.

Pros:

Clean and easy to navigate.

Cons:

The property is really close to the highway so during our stay I could hear the highest noise and traffic the entire time. This of course is no fault to the establishment I just would have preferred to be farther from the highway.
