Front desk crew were very good. Pleasant check in.

The room was fairly clean but maintenance has not been kept up (picture missing from frame, curtains partly off the rod, caulking missing).

This overall is a nice property to stay at for a night or a few nights. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The walls in our room had spills on them and felt like it could've been a little cleaner. Overall, we'd stay here again. It doesn't serve continental breakfast but has everything for a reasonable price to make your stay comfortable and affordable.

Side and back doors were left unlocked. Over flowing trash cans at the end of the halls. Dirty air vents. Nice staff.

Clean, well maintained

We got in from a long flight .. was welcomed by Tiffany very help sweet woman .. we didn’t have a pool she asked the hotel next door which was a sister hotel could we swim over there the kids had a blast she even helped fixed her tv even tho she was leaving .. because of Tiffany we will come back .. also loved that we can make food in our rooms

Good place to come and go as needed

Prior to entering into the hotel, I was positively engaged by someone parked next to me. Only after entering into the hotel that I realized this was an employee coming to work. This pleasant engagement was equally met by the desk employee (Janelle), who was tremendously nice and informative about the hotel amenities. This cordiality was also received from the male desk employee when I was checking out. When the employees are personable, courteous and engaging, it makes for a pleasant stay for me, and the employees were great.

I found the room enjoyable and great for my needs. My only issue at all was that housekeeping puts the comforter in a closet without any notice, instead of on the bed, so my first night I was unaware I had one. Regardless, it was satisfying and I enjoyed it.

Everything was great except our last evening. We could hear EVERYTHING in the next room when they checked in late. Lots of loud conversation. Made for tough sleeping even when we kept the fan on.

I basically found the hotel unremarkable, but not in a bad way. It was simply fairly typical, and I was only on the premises for less than 12 hours

We have been staying here for many week due to work situation. A great place to stay, the staff is outstanding and the property is very nice. All around great place to stay of you are planning on staying long term. The full kitchens are a must and these rooms have it all.

The property appeared worn and in need of remodeling. Also, snow ice was not removed adequately from outside area creating a. fall hazard. The refrigerator ice maker was noisy despite being shut off.

There are other hotels close by too. There is a Walmart and Starbucks within walking distance, and numerous local eateries are within walking distance. There is a couple of gas stations nearby, but you'll have to drive to them - they're only about 1/4 mi away. We've stayed at this hotel several times and the Holiday Inn & Suites is next door. We've stayed at both. This is our go-to spot anytime we travel up north and when coming back south.

We walked into the room and noticed a foul smell. As I was looking down, I noticed what ended up being heavy amounts of coffee grounds all over the carpet. I went to the front desk to ask if the room had been cleaned and the receptionist told me that they put that down to help absorb odor but housekeeping must’ve forgot to vacuum it up. The lady offered to come vacuum it up but she didn’t know when she could because she was the only one there and dealing with other upset customers. They didn’t have another room to put us in and our daughter was going to stay in the room, while we ran to the store. The lady said that it would be okay if our daughter was in the room, while she came in to vacuum. My wife ended up just asking for a vacuum and doing it herself. This hotel is nasty and I would not stay here again. Even the beds didn’t have much more than a sheet, for blankets.
