Cons:

Y’all took money out my account a few weeks later for no reason. First y’all took $13, den a week after that y’all took $11… Y’all didn’t return it but once I said an investigation was taken place, it didn’t happen no more!! Just Bad Business!!!

Nice stay but cooking was difficult.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I really liked having extra space and amenities in the suite.

Cons:

The stove was somewhat inconvenient because it was controlled by a timer, so it would shut off while cooking and had to be reset. This made it difficult to prepare meals, especially when cooking foods that require longer cooking times.

Comfortable room, great for extended stay with kitchen
Pros:

I chose this hotel because it was an easy on and off from the interstate and had great reviews. Our room was on the first floor. Everything was clean and well stocked for towels. Dove products in bathroom. Room temperature could be controlled by us. Pets are allowed, we heard a dog barking in a room near ours. The only downside was that there was no ice machine. In each room there is a refrigerator/ freezer with an icemaker but by the time you get the icemaker started, it’s a long time before the there is any ice. Stovetop in room. A first for me. Food items can be purchased, comfnear front desk for cooking.
No complimentary breakfast. Free coffee was available.

The beds seemed new and comfortable

Cons:

The hallways seems dingy, the rooms smelled of old cigarettes, the bathroom grout had mold and the kitchen floor and stove in one of the rooms was dirty. I also requested rooms right next to each other since we were splitting up our family and they put us each on opposite needs of hallway. Also, when we arrived they didn’t have my second reservation which took a half hour to figure out. Pool was dirty and there was a garbage cart just sitting g in hallway that smelled.

Great stay and will definitely go back again.
Pros:

Good value for a comfortable clean suite. Friendly and helpful staff. Tv wasn’t working and it was taken care of very quickly by a polite and efficient staff member.
