Mycket dåligt service och sämst kvalitet, internet inte funkade, dåligt frukost, en del av poolen och bastet skall renoveras och inte funkade. Mycket högljudda fester. Samt långt borta från stan
Vi älskade Sofia men kommer aldrig boka denna vandrarhem som kallas för Hotel.
Denna plats passar bara som en vandrarm.
Det verkar så att denna vandrarhem har ett avtal med staden för ta emot idrott personalen så det var bara fullt av just Idrottsmän och detta gjorde att man är på en student lägenhet med massa högljudda röster.
Vi kommer aldrig boka denna vandrarhem som kallas sig för " Hotel "

Room itself is pretty ok. Could be more clean though

Cons:

Staff doesn't want to work at all
Location is far from the best, even though it's known. But u better don't go out at night as the neighborhood is pupupu. Lot's of hound outside at night as well

And the SPA. oh no, you don't want to go there,. condition is terrible even for Bulgaria. Photos are too old. Now it's dirty and looks destroyed and abandoned

-am fost cazati la et 9, aerul conditionat nu funcționa corespunzător, era mai mult un ventilator, foarte cald
- la micul dejun, mâncare variată dar de slabă calitate, mizerie în sala de mese, hârtii pe jos, personalul dezinteresat
- un hotel renovat dar cu aer comunist
- lumina f slabă în camera

разочарован съм цената не отговрая нв качеството

близо до дестинацията ми и на спокойно място

Cons:

не чисто
платих за пракингът без да е отбелязано в вашата страница
туалетната чиния се клатеше много опасно и явно няма технически персонала по подръжката.
малък асансьор и повече от двама души едновременно е изключително тясно особено ако един от пасажерите след фитнес залата миризмата е не поносима.

This was a good value hotel with good service.
Pros:

It was modern and had nice pool and spa facilities although some were in construction. Breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

The AC in the room was not working so it was too hot for comfortable sleep. Also, our big bed for two had two twin mattresses joined together. This is also not the most comfortable for a couple.
