Friendly and kind staff. Room clean and confortable.

Long story short, I know it’s my fault since I booked the wrong date. But I tried calling them for weeks to see if there’s any solution but no one answered me and that made me have to book a different hotel. If they answered and said there’s nothing they can do I wouldn’t be so upset. But not answering at all that’s not good for a place that is supposed to be good?

Very pleasant stay. Pricing is great for the accommodation.

They don’t have 24 hour shuttle they told me it only come at 11am and 3pm only even though it says online 24 hour shuttle.

The receptionist was very arrogant and the manager was very helpful, if i ever go there again, its bse of the manager lady. She treats people with humanity. And the massage was very professional even though their price was extremely high compared to other locations

Staff is accommodating. Great location near quaint park and several dining options including in the mall a five minute walk away. The water for the shower doesn't get very hot or stay hot long. The rooms show a little wear and tear but price when I first checked in made the stay a real value. Prices climbed up during EID and wasn't as good of value. Still a good stay.

Stay was ok however being gold member didn’t facilitate late check out neither expanding two more nights

Outdated, everything is old and not comfortable. Only the entrance looks nice. Very noisy, some construction going on. Paid for deluxe king room, only because I wanted a balcony, there was none, just a broken looking window overseeing dirty patio with no excess to it. Check in took forever, even though I arrived 4pm, and wasn't friendly. The in room service- limited food was available, and not eatable really. So if you need a quiet 24 hours between your flights with decent food brought to your clean and comfortable room, this is NOT a place for you

the hotel is tied and needs an upgrade in certain areas. The have the shabbyest towels ever.

HOWEVER, simply forgot to arrange a morning wake up call despite asking specifically about it!
Also I was charged extra amount more than Expedia suggested to be charged at the hotel reception.
It is a nice hotel but I would not rate it more than 3 stars at the best, as it is lacking proper maintenance

Excellent at all

Location is in close proximity to airport. No airport shuttle provided even though this was reflected as a service on their websites and brochures. No discount on food & beverages as well as SPA treatments was given even though that was reflected on the VIP benefits for this hotel. Rooms were freezing and temperature could not be adjusted. Food quality was below average. Room phone did not work so every time you needed something you had to walk to the front desk. No storage facility for luggage offered. Very disappointing experience, expected a much higher standard given that this hotel had been verified by Expedia for quality and service and categorised under their VIP benefits list of hotels. Wouldn’t recommend.

There are several reasons for not rating very good
1. Outdated television access in room.
2. No shuttle available from and to airport
3. Very old furniture like TV rack/broken
4. Had to ask for iron and stand
5. Buffet breakfast was average
