Easy access, clean and nice hotel. I will stay again.
Pros:

I liked the room lay out and accommodations. The front desk personnel were nice

Cons:

I liked the hotel. There were some cleanliness issues in the common areas, not the room. The breakfast was late coming out so I didn't get to have much other than muffins and banana and coffee.

For the Marriott Springhill name + the $200 per night stay…I expected at least a clean facility !
Cons:

As You enter the foyer the lounge carpet and chairs were filthy. After seeing this I knew what to expect moving forward.

Short and definitely our last. Well stick with Hilton.
Pros:

Fresh and new ish look. Smelled good.

Cons:

Unfriendly staff. Uncomfortable bed.

Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Charged another $100 fee for “damages”

Elevator was questionable.

Wouldn’t stay again.
Not for that price!

Kind staff but ridiculously unclean
Pros:

The front desk staff was very kind and helpful despite our experience. We did receive a full refund

Cons:

Unfortunately, soon after check-in at our first room, we found a cockroach crawling up the curtain, we went downstairs and requested a room change, and upon being placed in our second room, found evidence of bedbugs on one of the mattresses. We returned downstairs and informed the front desk that we would be checking out. They were very kind, but that is absolutely unacceptable from a cleanliness perspective.

Pros:

Breakfast was a D. Floors were dirty in Breakfast area, Orange juice out of service x2, apple juice out of service, sausage patties were not edible and tasted manufactured, sausage links were fair. Plastic flimsy forks and Styrofoam plates were a sign that this establishment is not green and does not care about the environment.
People seemed to be coming from cars in pajamas and taking food back to vehicles as a possible indication they were not paying guests just there for the free Breakfast.
Breakfast did not represent The Marriott name at all. Eggs were some yellow things folded over, overall, Breakfast i gave it a D
Pool was out of service,
Carpet on 2nd floor smelled really bad when we arrived, and was visibly dirty.
Elevator floors needed mopping and had syrup smashed on them and walked through.
I waited with my family, wife , 21 yr old son and two teenagers for 70 minutes to get checked in and handed room keys that did not reflect the picture of the room I reserved.
Staff also made me very nervous that I might not have a room as they were overbooked, they said.

I would never stay there again, as I believe this experience was a direct reflection of management, laziness and poor decisions that were consistent with a "don't care attitude "

There is a huge red stain in the floor, hope it’s wine and not blood

An excellent property in a beautiful location

The property is in a beautiful location near restaurants. It has good facilities and the staff are very friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Would stay there again. Everything is well run.

Very comfortable beds. Lots of room for 5 people.

Cons:

Layout was weird. Long walk to the elevator and then to our room. Faster to take the stairs.
