Pros:

Friendly staff, central location, the view from 4th floor, very clean.

Cons:

Noticeable but didn’t mind: little maintenance needed in bathroom & room edges (looked a little outdated)

Pros:

I loved everything!

Cons:

Nothing at all bad but I wish the Palm trees next to the pool had lights in them. They would look stunning at night when your enjoying a spa or a swim.

Woukd definitely stay again
Pros:

Room was beautiful. Very clean, modern, tidy and great view from lvl 2. Bath robes provided. Spa bath, cooking facilities magnificent view. Access to pools and spa pools was awrsome or use soa bath. Loved it.Looked for and found lux stay

Lovely stay in Piahia
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was sufficient in size.
The room was attended to daily, which we appreciated.. . Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

We booked a premium room, and it was starting to look a little tired with worn cabinetry and bathroom door.
The limited parking is an issue when the property is full.
Bed was hard for my liking, but I understand that's a personal preference.

Very enjoyable place to stay & would recommend it.
Pros:

Great room with a balcony that overlooked to pool area & beach. Good facilities within the room with all provided to be cook in house. Room was quite spacious & comfortable. Location within walking distance to shops & main attractions.

Cons:

Bathroom could do with a fan in there to clear the steam out.

Rude staff Good Hotel
Pros:

Its a very small hotel and surely not a resort. Dont get fooled by the pics. Th reception is like a small store room. The staff at reception is super rude. They are never available at the counter. They never pick calls on intercom if you have any queries. The breakfast has only one drink and one main course. There are no yogurts, fruits , desserts etc. The location is 10 mins walking from main maritime building from where all activities start. Rooms are comfortable. The balconies and views are amazing. They do have a pool, though we never used it. Lots of doors to enter the room. The entry to the rooms is made in very odd way. Water pressure in shower and tempreture is Great. The staff is the worst, in the restaurant and at the reception.

Relaxing resort close to home
Pros:

Third time staying here... first time with my children and it was amazing. Great room with everything we need, being on the ground floor it was easy access to the heated spa pools. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff who were very accommodating. Highly reccomend this place and I will be back.
