Hotel Sant Roc

When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby. We had no hot water, we told them & she said the plumber was working on it. We did get hot water not long after, then our air conditioning wiuldt work. It was about 30 degrees so pretty hot. We told them & we went out for a drink & by the time we got back it had been fixed. So pretty good service. Breakfast was very good.

La habitación es perfecta, moderna con muebles sencillos y prácticos, armario espacioso y baño grande también moderno y con su TV de dimensiones adecuada al espacio. Con pequeña nevera, pero no funcionaba bien, que por cierto se me olvidó comunicarle a recepción

Hatte leider nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, da ich auf der Durchreise war allerdings war ich absolut zufrieden und würde wiederkommen.

On a du changé de chambre car problème avec la toilette. On nous a donné une chambre de moindre qualité. Prix un peu élevé par rapport à la qualité.

Hay un ruido de motor de las maquinària de l hotel muy notable durante roda la noche

El dia que vàrem arribar no funcionaba l aire. Es va arreglar....però el dia de la sortida tornaba a estar espatllat.....mala sort. Un focus del bany fos....
Fora d aquestes anècdotes puntuals, tant l hotel com l habitació, fantàstics. El personal fantàstic i els àpats molt bons, tant El Buffi, com l esmorzar.

Only stayed one night on a road trip from France to Spain. You can see this hotel was once really impressive, there are now just a few bits of tiredness setting in, and some minor refurb is needed. The spa looked to be being upgraded when I was there and seemed like it would be wonderful when done. My room was huge and very comfortable. There was a mark on the carpet and a few marks on the ceiling, but it could be that it was just that my room was one needing to be done. To be truthful the communal areas were lovley and I would absolutely go back, for the price I paid it was a real treat. The restaurant didn’t open until 8:30 so I gave dinner a miss, shame…. I would have preferred it opened a bit before then. Great location and a nice traditional town.

Unica pega el parking de pago, por lo demás todo perfecto.

Limpio, amplío, comodo y bien situado.

La verdad que por el precio me esperaba mucho más.
La bañera hidromasaje no funcionaba, no tenia escobilla en el lavabo, y pedimos unas almohadas, ya que eran incomodas y ellos tenian como que te podian ofrecer otras y nos trajeron 3.... una toda rota.. otra con pelos...y otra sin funda... en fin... un desastre.

El hotel es un precioso edificio modernista bien situado, las habitaciones muy correctas y el desayuno esta bien. La zona de spa es muy pequeña y se llena pronto. El lugar donde se realiza el servicio de masaje es una sala grande, fria y poco acojedora. Falta una zona con cafeteria para tomar algo y no hay lista de precios en la habitación para pedir al servicio de habitaciones comida o bebida. La nevera solo tenia agua.

EL SERVICIO DEL PERSONAL FUE BUENO EN GENERAL, EL RESTAURANTE MUY BUENO, PERO LA LIMPIEZA DEJABA MUCHO QUE DESEAR Y LA CALEFACCION DE LA HABITACION ERA PESIMA, MUCHO RUIDO Y POCO CALOR. ENCONTREMOS LA HABITACION Y SOBRE TODO EL LAVABO BASTANTES SUCIOS.

Buen hotel dentro del pueblo con facil acceso y buena estancia
