Pros:

El palacio es precioso y las habitaciones muy grandes y señoriales. Tiene una terraza muy agradable y una piscina (que no probamos porque siempre había gente)
La ubicación es perfecta para ir caminando al pueblo y a la playa.

Cons:

Hacía bastante calor en las habitaciones, aunque tienen un ventilador.
La atención en recepción fue buena, pero en la cafetería las camareras eran muy lentas y muy secas. Los precios de la cafetería son excesivos.
Hay polvo porque todo el palacio está lleno de alfombras y las habitaciones tienen moqueta y cortinas que arrastran por el suelo. No hay persianas y desde que amanece entra muchísima luz.

Two night stay before our return from Bilbao ( 90 minutes away). Very relaxing hotel, lovely ambiance.
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable hotel with delicious breakfast. Easy parking and walking distance to town and beach.

Pros:

Uiterst charmant hotel met zwembad en uitstekende service en diner/lunch mogelijkheden. Ook een degelijk ontbijt en bar 'die we 's avonds graag bezochten.

Cons:

Airco is deels opgelost maar zou een bijkomende service kunnen zijn - ook een bezoek aan het Palace Zubieta had wel leuk geweest.

Cons:

Could not sleep at night as there was no air conditioning and temperatures were high so the room was very hot. Could not enjoy the beach as each day there was Portuguese man of war jellyfish in the water so no swimming allowed.

Pros:

Superfint hotell, poolen och god frukost

Cons:

Det var varmt och fuktigt när vi var där och det finns ingen AC så det var svårt att sova. Det kom in mygg om man hade fönstren öppna.

Very nice stay. Would definitely go back.

Nice situation. Short walk into town and port.
Nice bar and restaurant with a choice of tasty snacks or full meals. Staff were friendly and helpful.
