Nous y étions. pour 1 seule nuit entre 2 changements d'hôtel lors des annulations de vols en mars 2026 suite au conflit avec l'Iran. 2 adultes 2 ados. Chambre double dont une sans fenêtre.

Nous sortions d'un très bel hôtel donc la chute fut rude. C'est plutôt une pension qu'un hôtel. Le quartier est très commerçant et populaire. Beaucoup de choix pour manger mais cela ne nous a pas trop convenu.
Rapport qualité/prix un peu cher pour les prestations.
Petit déjeuner très axé sur des plats thaï salés. Très peu de choix de produits sucrés et peu de fruits.

Convient bien en dépannage mais pas pour y passer un séjour plus long.

Pros:

Cosy structure, perfect location between the centre of Bangkok and the airport. Reachable by taxi. Friendly staff, they made our bed and supplied us with water, quick check in and check out, fantastic breakfast with sweet and savoury plus the guy who cooks your eggs at the moment very good and super helpful.
Wi-Fi is perfect. Everything is great

Pros:

Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Aircondition konnte nur mit viel gutem Zureden zum laufen gebracht werden.
Dafür das Frühstück sehr gut und reichhaltig.

Gute Lage, viele Shops in der nähe, Massagen und für mich war es wichtig, nah am Goethe Institut. 30 THB mit dem motorradtaxi

Extrem schlechtes Management!!! Unflexibel...ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer Deluxe für 2 Personen gebucht inkl. Frühstück. Nach der ersten Nacht, wollte ich mit meiner Frau frühstücken, dann hieß es das frühstück nur für eine Person inklusive war und sollte 350thb zusätzlich für meine Frau zahlen. Freundlich wollte ich das Problem klären, aber es hat sich nichts regeln lassen. Also ich dann auf das frühstück komplett für meinen Aufenthalt verzichten wollte, gab es kein Geld zurück, kein lösungsvorschlag von Seiten des Managements. Enttäuschend, so geht man nicht mit seinen gästen um!!!!

何度か説明してやっと受け入れてもらえた。
そのほか、なんの説明もない。とにかく全部足りない！
今まで泊まったどんなホテルよりも最低だった

Pros:

I've stayed here for years, great value for price. Suan Plu is a nice neighbourhood, very thai with market and street stalls but also an expat area so best of both world. For budget travellers I residence really is the best option. Staff very helpful.

Очень хорошее расположение, много всего рядом. Очень хороший персонал. Улыбались всегда)) Завтрак нормальный, прекрасные люди его организовывали. Хороший вай фай. Сейфы в номерах.

Cons:

мы снимали 3 номера. В одном было относительно чисто, но очень накурено, хотя написано что курить запрещено, вонь не выветривалась. В другом номере было очень много тараканов, это ужас, сотни, разных размеров, номер поменять не смогли, пришли травить дихлофосом, помогло, но не сильно. И третий номер был семейный, на 5 этаже, тараканов было совсем чуть-чуть.
