Die Lage, der Pool und die Liegewiese. Das Essen im Hotel Restaurant ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Kleine Portionen aber äußerst lecker! Frühstück war ok aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Das Personal war freundlich.
Stühle und Tisch fehlten auf dem Balkon. Wurde nach zweimaliger Erinnerung geliefert. In der kleinen Dusche war die Handbrausehalterung defekt. Duschen ohne die Handbrause in der Hand zu halten war nicht möglich. Das in die Jahre gekommene Klimagerät im Zimmer lief deutlich hörbar und konnte max. auf 20 Grad eingestellt werden. Das war im Vergleich zur Außentemperatur (ca. 35 Grad) viel zu kalt. Haben nachts gefroren. Ausschalten war aber auch keine Option.
Tolles Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Wunderschöner Garten mit Pool. Endlich mal ein Hotel was genug Liegen am Pool für alle hat! Die Bushaltestelle direkt neben dem Hotel haben wir auch oft genutzt.
Es kann etwas dauern bis ein Taxi kommt - wir sind deshalb ein paar mal mit dem Bus in die Stadt gefahren, das war aber sehr einfach und unkompliziert.
Do not stay at this hotel if you have No Car and Require a restaurant onsite that is open 7 days or if you want to just sit by a bar inside and chill with a drink during your stay. We stayed here June 2026 and despite the website saying restaurant is open on Sundays..it is not. Only food available on Sunday is a very limited range from poolside bar, during the day only, once it’s gone, it’s gone. It’s all reheated stuff. Local restaurant’s only accessible by car in reality. Plus, many of those are closed on Sundays as well. We were told to order takeaway by reception! The hotel also holds weddings and when they do ( on the Saturday when we stayed) the whole hotel focuses on it so the restaurant was unavailable on Saturday evening (initially on checking in we were told it was fully booked but that was a lie because it was closed for the wedding). We were forced to book in for Saturday lunchtime instead. During the wedding, I tried to order a drink in the afternoon from the tiny bar that is not part of the restaurant and I was forced out to the pool bar into 35 degree heat. On that night point, there is literally only that tiny bar section near reception to order anything during your stay unless you go to the pool bar. There is no properly manned all day bar or coffee area, that’s only at the pool. By the way, room service is also shut on Sundays so forget that.
Breakfast is ok but not amazing but it’s free so fair enough.
The pool is clearly sold out to locals at the weekend and they get vouchers for food at the pool bar so that gets very busy. The gym is tiny and when I used it (the once) I literally melted because there is no air con in there and no water so if you use it…take your own bottle. On a positive note (hence two stars) the staff were very friendly and nice people. The issues we had were more to do with how the hotel is managed and positioned rather than staff service levels. In summary, if you are on business trip with transport, or you are travelling with a car, probably ok to stay here but otherwise I would avoid it. Shame, because it is in a beautiful location (very safe and remote) and rooms are clean and tidy. The restaurant food is good and the waiter service is also good albeit if you are eating there every night because you have no car…your options are limited.
Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
Extrem hundefreundliches Hotel - man darf den Hund überall hin mitnehmen - sogar an den Pool (nicht in den Pool). Weil es so heiß war, wurde uns sogar erlaubt, dass wir unseren Pool an der Dusche abduschen dürfen. Wir haben es zwar nicht in Anspruch genommen, aber allein die Flexibilität war super :-)
Frühstück war lecker, mit sehr gutem Rührei!
Zwembad, ruime kamer
Airco was standaard ingesteld bij de receptie, waardoor het op onze kamer ruim 26 graden was. Na 3x klagen wordt deze pas ingesteld op 21 graden.
Per la colazione mancava solo il burro d'arachidi, tranne questo non si poteva chiedere di più - Piscina meravigliosa - Posizione comoda, a 10 minuti dal centro di Bologna, ampio parcheggio, personale gentile e disponibile
I bagni in camera non hanno finestre e nemmeno areazione che si può attivare quando si vuole. Alla reception mi hanno spiegato che le camere sono dotate di un sistema di areazione di nuova generazione che lavora sempre. Stento a crederci o il sistema non funzionava, il risultato pessimo, bagno da areare lasciando la porta aperta quindi effluvi anche in camera, molto spiacevole.
die ruhige Lage
Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass bei Veranstaltungen im Hotel das Restaurant für Hotelgäste geschlossen ist und das ohne Vorankündigung. Abends ein Getränk an der Bar zu erhalten, war auch äußerst schwierig, Personal überfordert.
The pool was amazing, and the facilities in general were really good. The rooms are basic conference hotel-style rooms, but very modern and clean. We found our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The reception were very helpful when we had to receive a parcel (driving licence). Parking is ample and free. The bus into the city is easy to access. Loads of sun loungers.
You have to pay extra for a kettle in the room. I don't like hairdryers that are attached to the wall, but that is nitpicking. The air-con was a bit loud overnight.
De verbinding naar de stad
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and well maintained. As is often the case in Italy, this is a 4-star hotel that might feel more like a solid 3-star hotel in some other European countries, but it more than makes up for that with its cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere.
The restaurant is excellent, with high-quality food and a pleasant ambiance. There is really no need to look for a restaurant elsewhere in the area. Breakfast was also very good, offering a wide selection and a great start to the day.
This hotel is an ideal choice if you have a car and want to explore Bologna, the surrounding countryside, and nearby cities such as Modena, Ferrara, Parma, or Florence. We would happily stay here again.
The furniture and air conditioning could perhaps be a little more modern, but everything was fully functional and worked perfectly during our stay. This did not affect our overall experience in any way.

That the restaurant was not available while we were there because they use it for private rentals.
