Pros:

We travel a lot and have finally just accepted that subpar was the new excellent, but not here Sawtelle Mountain Resort was a shining star in a sea of dismal and dissatisfaction from the accommodation itself to the great staff, hands down one of the best stays we’ve had. Thank you

Pros:

Great breakfast. Wish it could start earlier than 7:00

Cons:

Cabin missing many needed items - hot pad, teaspoons, coffee. When we asked, they brought them. Would have been nice to have luggage rack or bench in room for suitcases.

Pros:

Clean, quiet, fast wi-fi, good location, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The breakfast rather good, but maybe it could be more options with meat/ cheese / cappuccino machine/ fresh bakery ( not pre-made)

Great Trip with the Grandsons
Pros:

The rooms were very clean, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. The location was about 15 miles from West Yellowstone, so access to the Park was very accommodating. My grandsonsloved the pool and hot tub. The free breakfast was very good. I loved that the hotel had plenty of outlets, most do not.

Cons:

My only complaint is the lack of USB charging ports, but that's not really a complaint, just a heads up to bring plugs, as they have plenty of outlets.

Great stay!
Pros:

This hotel was clean and comfortable and the rooms were generously sized. The location was great - close to everything in Island Park and close to West Yellowstone. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I didn’t expect much at breakfast, but I was pleasantly surprised that there was scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, and not just cold cereal and yogurt like I was expecting.
