We had an excellent time again. We’ve stayed here many times and enjoyed all of them
Pros:

Very quiet convenient location good staff

Cons:

The lights outside of the private suite hot tubs is bright at night and shines through the blinds inside the sliding glass door
The breakfast option was good but very limited this time of year

Cons:

The staff seemed inconvenienced when our key cards failed twice and we had to get them fixed instead of saying any kind of apology to us. They acted annoyed like it was our fault the key card failed and locked us out twice…the other lady at the front desk acted the same way so whoever does the hiring must like the unfriendly type…

A home away from home
Pros:

Everything , I love that I always feel at home when I'm there. I'm from the Northwoods of Wisconsin and the hotel's decor definitely reminds me of home. By boyfriend lives in Island Park and I live in Idaho falls so I stay here at least twice a month its my home away from home . I love it and so will you l I would fully recommend this place

Pros:

We travel a lot and have finally just accepted that subpar was the new excellent, but not here Sawtelle Mountain Resort was a shining star in a sea of dismal and dissatisfaction from the accommodation itself to the great staff, hands down one of the best stays we’ve had. Thank you
