Good location, Nice Hotel, I will stay again
Pros:

Nice hotel just off the main road.
The breakfast area is nice, clean and airy
Reception is clean, receptionists lovely and it is not crammed

Cons:

It’s not really the hotel’s fault but I have noted that Hungarians do not offer thicker duvets

Had a wonderful time sightseeing in Budapest. Had a lovely stay in hotel with friendly staff and morning breakfast.
Cons:

For 4 star I’d have imagined that the room would have been attended each day. Beds stayed unmade and my cups which I used for tea on first night of arrival were still there when I left. Cups/glasses were not changed nor the one tea bag available on arrival replaced. Again for 4 star this seems a basic expectation. The electric went off for a good few hours which left us sitting in our room in the dark with no internet or facilities.

В готелі все було продумано до дрібниць: передбачені розетки біля тумбочок, освітлення вимикається біля ліжка — не потрібно вставати, щоб загасити світло перед сном. Є чайник, чай, туалетні та умивальні приналежності. За запитом надають капці.

У кімнаті тепло, температуру можна регулювати самостійно.

Їжа заслуговує на окрему оцінку. Сніданки чудові, різноманітні: є гарячі страви, сири, салати, круасани, булочки, тістечка, горіхи, конфітюр, свіжі й консервовані фрукти, овочі.

Окремий великий плюс — безкоштовний снек-бар увечері.

Ми вдячні працівникам готелю, які завжди були ввічливими та уважними. Вони створили різдвяну атмосферу.

Чудове розташування. Ми ходили пішки до визначних пам’яток.

І, звичайно, дуже зручно, що можна залишити речі в готелі, якщо від’їзд запланований на вечір.

Дякуємо власникам і працівникам готелю за гостинність.

Dame na recepciji su bile jako ljubazne,lokacija je također savršena za ugodan san i istraživanje,jako je mirno a opet sve tako blizu poput prodavnica i restorana čak je prijevoz javni u neposrednoj blizini..Moja ocjena 10 ! :)

Sve super ali ne bi bilo loše staviti jednu klupu vani pored pepeljare za nas pušače...

Pros:

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything I needed, which made getting around so easy.

The receptionists were especially wonderful. They were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions I had. Their positive attitude really made a difference and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a great location. I would happily stay here again!

Cons:

First, there was no coffee available in the room. I spoke to the reception about it, but nothing was done to resolve the issue, which was frustrating.

Breakfast was also not included and was very expensive for what was offered. There were very limited food options, especially for someone like me who is gluten- and lactose-free. The only option available to me was three pieces of bread, and we were charged €15.50, which I find unreasonable considering the lack of variety.

Additionally, we hung the “clean the room” sign on our door, but the room was not cleaned. Since we were two girls sharing the room, there was quite a lot of hair on the parquet floor, and it was still there when we returned.

A great little find with Aldi on the doorstep

Unfortunately the electricity went off for a few hours early evening so we had to get ready by phone light. But the girl at reception was very calm and got the problem sorted. So actually a good effort
