Location! Easy to get anywhere in the city from the hotel
While it’s a beautiful place and the furnishings are lovely, the bathroom in the King room was extremely small. The a/c couldn’t keep up with the 100 temps but they were attentive with sending someone to look at the issue and provided us with a fan. No microwave and this is helpful when staying for a few nights. Also, no pool. Mattress wasn’t comfortable

The breakfast options (particularly the eggs) were disappointing. The 3 tables near us also left their eggs on the plate, talking about the quality of the food and looking forward to a better lunch later. It wouldn’t be so disappointing if it were not so expensive- the egg plate was $12 and the eggs were not edible. $12 for toast and 3 pieces of bacon is pretty wild.
Beautiful boutique hotel with the USC theme. Staff was very welcoming and friendly!
Absolutely hated the pillows and tiny bathroom.
We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at The Graduate ! From checkin to checkout, everything was terrific !
