Personnel.tres agréable et à l'écoute.

Inget bra hotell, enda som var ok e läget till stranden.
Personalen i receptionen borde gå på charmkurs.
En stor väg med mycke trafik hela natten som störde.
Nej, här bor vi aldrig mer.

Swimming pool was shut for our six days, awaiting repair, then water cleaning. Was green on arrival, and still had traces on departure. Cleaning standard was poor, sometimes cups and glasses not washed and tea/coffee not always replaced. Staff in reception had little to do and spent much time on their phones. Poolside toilets not cleaned very well, had cigarette ends in drain grille not picked up. Overpriced for what it was. At least expect clean floor in room

Still value for money. But these is old hotel. Near the beach. Good for people who loves walking on the beach

Ett i stort sett bra hotell med bra personal förutom kvinnan som jag uppfattade som chef i receptionen. Vi upplevde henne inte som serviceminded. Snarare nonchalant förutom när vi skulle checka ut. Då var hon i stället fjäskig i sitt beteende och tyckte att vi skulle komma dit igen.
Vi skulle kunna bo på detta hotell igen om den kvinnan inte arbetar kvar då

There were bed bugs!!!!!!!!
They also refused to believe my friend and I when we told them about it and almost didn’t let us change rooms. We had to bring them a bed bug in a cup for them to believe us. They also are beyond rude, especially the receptionist. Avoid this place.

nach sehr langem Warten, wurde uns ein Zimmer gegeben, dass eigentlich noch einem anderen Gast gehörte.
Wir waren 18 Nächte in diesem Hotel und der Direktor hat uns wärend dieser Zeit nicht einmal gegrüsst ob schon sein zimmer neben unserem war. azch wurde die betwäsche nur einmal gewechselt, und dies erst kurz vor unserer abreise.
unser zimmer wurde immer stehts zwischen 17.00 und 18.00 gereinigt.
im Pool wird die ganze nacht gebadet und rücksichtsloss lärm gemacht, niemand schreitet ein. man muss selber für ordnung schauen.
Schade, es wäre ein nettes hottel, doch das Management ist eine Katastrophe.
Wir kommen seit über 20 Jahren nach Patong und haben schon viel erlebt und sind auch nicht heikel, aber das ist die absolute kröhnung, diese Hotel werden wir sicher nicht mehr buchen.

Good value for the money. Good location close to everything but far away enough not to be troubled by noise if you want a quiet night. Huge comfy bed - liked that a lot. Staff were not rude but I wouldn't consider them welcoming either. I specifically looked for a place with a fitness centre. That was a bit of a disappointment

I have stayed here a couple of times before and this time was the worst. The property is becoming run down and needs maintenance and some investment. The pool is in disrepair with lots of broken or missing tiles, broken in pool stools. Breakfast was sub par compared to what you could get at many cafes close by. Cleaning was fine if you looked at the surface only but if you peer underneath the beds you’ll see they haven’t been moved or cleaned under for months. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful but not all spoke much English. I probably wouldn’t stay here again which is a shame as it has a lot of potential. Great location and the pool would be great if it was maintained. Food and drink options are pretty good for lunch, though the chicken satay was horrible. The ‘satay’ sauce consisted of sweet chili sauce with some peanuts scattered in it.

Das Zimmer sollte schon beim Einchecken bezahlt werden, was eigentlich unüblich ist. Beim Auschecken wurde auf einmal keine Amex akzeptiert, wollten Bargeld oder eine andere Kreditkarte haben. Die Anregung das er die möglichen Zahlungsarten doch bitte bei Hotels.com berichtigen sollte wurden dieses mit nein beantwortet.
Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr Buchen, die Bilder auf der Plattform wurden schon gut bearbeitet. Wir waren nur am Strand da am Hotelpool nur 10 Liegen zu Verfügung standen. Frühstück ist im Nachbarhotel besser und nur 20 Bart teurer.

Riktigt dåligt wifii. Tråkig pool. Bedrövligt gym. Ganska dålig service
