Super emplacement
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter à pied. Transfert aéroport organisé par l' hôtel. Super. Belle chambre. Personnel très aimable

Cons:

Pas de chaîne française ou anglaise courante mais..on n' est pas là pour regarder la tv

L'emplacement, le personnel de la réception surtout Monsieur ZEKİ et personnel de la cafétéria Melle NOUR.

Cons:

La chambre était très mal située, issue de secours, le balcon avec les escaliers et l'échelle de secours.
Les lits non confortables, ils faisaient beaucoup de bruit, les matelas sont désuets

Отель очень подойдет для сеньоров или для пары путешественников. На террасе (5этаж) прекрасный ресторан.
Pros:

Тихая улица, в шаговой доступности до трамвая Т1. Рядом Гюльхане базар и Гюльхане парк, прогуливаясь через который попадаешь сразу на площадь Султан Ахмед. В другую сторону пару кварталов- Гранд базар.
Ночью возле отеля тихо, можно смело резервировать нижние этажи, не опасаясь ночной суеты туристов.
В отеле прекрасный хамам. Девушки-массажистки говорят на турецком, английском, русском. На ресепшене очень внимательные и доброжелательные сотрудники. Если вам повезет - по всем вопросам обращайтесь к Закиру (Zeki). Он поможет в любой непонятной ситуации.
Во время завтрака вас обслужат наилучшим образом.

Cons:

Сначала немного напряг вид из окна на недостроенное здание, но в плане того, что никто не смотрит из окон напротив в окна вашего номера - для меня это было преимущество, а не недостаток. Находясь в отеле с 23:00-10:00 важно оставаться без внимания посторонних и спокойно «переваривать» впечатления всего дня.

Cons:

Marcaron varias veces tarjeta no válida 24h antes de mi llegada, cuando si lo era. De hecho la utilicé en el mismo establecimiento unos días antes. Parecía que quisieran cancelar la reserva. Finalmente me pude hospedar sin problemas. Pero con la incertidumbre de si iva a tener la habitación reservada o no.

Das Zimmer war sehr dreckig,Staub,Haare auf dem Boden. Bettlaken,Kissen mit Blut und Kaugummi. Ich denke das es nicht gewechselt wurde denn die Blut Flecken waren frisch getrocknet genauso das Kaugummi noch weich. Frühstück war seeehr Geschmacklos,täglich das gleiche. Wir waren danach Immer noch hungrig. Es gab nicht wie auf den Fotos Bademantel oder Pflegeprodukte. Zum Glück hatte ich alles dabei. Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich funktioniert und sehr laut und alt. Matratzen waren sehr schlecht und wir hatten jeden Tag extreme Rücken schmerzen. Es war reinste Qual morgens mit schmerzen aufzuwachen. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemanden empfehlen. Und die guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen.
