Pros:

Отличное расположение, в пешей доступности Ая София Сулеймание и Топкапы, рядом остановка трамваев, ст метро паром. Вокруг масса кафе/ ресторанов, также ресторан на террасе с услужливым персоналом и скидкой 10% Завтрак был хороший: омлет двух видов, яйцо вареное, сосиски фри, разные турецкие закуски, что- то из горячего не пробовала , выпечка сладости, кофе из кофемашины, сок, сухой завтрак, суп, зелень в ассортименте, овощи, оливки несколько видов, брынза, из фруктов яблоки апельсин и мандарины. Вобщем достаточно для плотного завтрака. Персонал был очень приветлив, заказали такси в аэропорт. Нехватило мелочей таких как: щетка шапочка для душа, можно было бы добавить полотенец, почему-то было по 2 не по 3. Это На данный момент идет ремонт здания напротив, соответственно вид из окна на стройку, но поскольку мы в номере только спали это было неважно. В номере было тепло. Телевизор смарт ТВ, ютуб нетфликс и тп, но на английском.

Cons:

2 ночи подряд не давали спать соседи, ржали как кони арабские женщины, до 2-ух часов ночи если не позже, но это к отелю не имеет никакого отношения, а только к воспитанию постояльцев.

Pros:

Izvanredna lokacija, a mirni dio ulice. Hotel veoma čist i uredan. Sjajno osoblje hotela, uvijek na usluzi sa osmijehom. Doručak dobar. Sve pet i topla preporuka za ovaj hotel.

Cons:

Nema ništa što mi se nije svidjelo.

L'emplacement était bien.
La chambre était spacieuse.

Cons:

Odeur d’egout ds la chambre.
Pas assez de rangement placard pour quatre personnes.
Vétusté des lits et meubles.
Petit déjeuner très léger tous les jours la même chose et pas assez pour tout le monde.

Pros:

I'll start by describing the hotel's strengths. The most important strength is the hotel's location, central, close to the tram station and the main tourist attractions. The reception staff are nice, kind and always ready to help you. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The breakfast is decent, buffet, not very varied. Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor, which is quite small and sometimes even cramped. The hotel also has a rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view of the old center, an a la carte restaurant, open for lunch and dinner.

Cons:

Unfortunately, they have two very important weaknesses for a hotel: 1. The lady at the restaurant (at breakfast) is a bit absent. She is not attentive when the dishes are finished, she doesn't clear the tables, etc. One morning, so that we could sit at the table, I took the cloth and cleaned my table myself! 2. During my 7-day stay, my room was NEVER cleaned, my bed was never made, and my bed linen was never changed! The maid is absent. The maid only comes into the bathroom, changes the towels, takes out the trash, and that's it.

Istanbul ist faszinierend…sehr feine Essen…aber auch etwas teuer.
Pros:

Lage zentral alles in der Nähe, Zimmer war immer sauber,Personal sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und speditiv beim Taxi oder Ausflüge organisieren.

Cons:

Früstück konnte mehr Auswahl haben wie zum Beispiel: Jogurts oder Frucht Auswahl…
WC papier war immer etwas knapp…

La habitacion muy pequeña: cuando le comentamos al personal que no era lo que habiamos contratado, me dijeron que la unica opcion era que pagara 70 euros mas por noche para un cambio. No es lo que muestra las imagenes, la vista es a una obra en construccion abandonada. Los artículos del baño, todos rotos avisamos y jamas vinieron a repararlo.
El desayuno es deplorable, terminamos desayunando en otro lugar.
El spa y gym, nada que ver lo que muestra las fotos: sin jacuzzi y maquinas del 1800.
La vista del rooptop, bastante mala y cara.
No volveria aunque me lo regalaran, pesima experiencia tanto con el personal como con las instalaciones en si.
Increible que tenga 7,6 puntos de calificación, parecen mentira

La Turquie belle expérience mais déçue par l’hôtel, booking surcôte un peu trop cette hôtel

Le personnel avait un comportement inadapté au faciès (mis à part Aziz et Memeht qui étaient très gentils). Le réceptionniste de nuit au crâne chauve qui mi dit « it’s not my business » quand je lui demande un service alors que juste avant il a passé 30min avec une clientèle Italienne. Pour un 4 étoiles nous avions droit au stick de café dans la chambre que le 1er jour, mini bar veut dire un frigo vide pour eux, pas de gobelet dans la salle de bain, chambre minuscule, vu sur un bâtiment en construction à 20m en face..Photo booking mensongère et rien de se qu’il annonce de compris dans la chambre n’est vrai

Soggiorno breve ma meraviglioso
Pros:

Molto disponibili sia per organizzare le serata a tema sia per consigli pratici oltre al servizio navetta per l’aeroporto. La struttura è a pochi minuti dal centro in una via secondaria lontana dal rumore e vicinissima alla stazione

Cons:

La colazione un po scarna ma nella media degli hotel in zona, sicuramente si potrebbe fare meglio
