Pros:

Pros:

Персонал ввічливий та приємний, завжди готові прийти на допомогу, сніданки були смачні та різноманітні. Ми відпочивали в готелі втрьох і номер був доволі просторий, дуже зручна локація)

Alles in allem ok, sehr zentral
Pros:

Die Lage war super, fussläufig alles gut erreichbar, Metro in der Nähe. Das Familienzimmer ist ausreichend, Badezimmer in Ordnung, jedoch sehr klein für Familien.

Cons:

Balkon ist kein Balkon sondern Fenster bis zum Boden. Rauchen nicht möglich!! Hätte ich das gewusst wäre die Wahl auf eine andere Unterkunft getroffen worden.

Ein rundum perfekter Aufenthalt – absolute Empfehlung!

Der Service war hier erstklassig. Das Personal war 24 Stunden am Tag an der Rezeption erreichbar, immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Man fühlt sich jederzeit sicher und bestens aufgehoben.
Das Frühstück war hervorragend, eine große Auswahl an frischen und sehr leckeren Speisen. Jeden Morgen konnten wir den Tag mit einem ausgezeichneten Frühstück beginnen.
Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar. Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig. Der Marmaray-Bahnhof sowie weitere öffentliche Verkehrsmittel befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Außerdem gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Besonders schön ist die frische Meeresluft und die Nähe zum wunderschönen Gülhane-Park, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt.
Ein weiteres Highlight ist das Dachrestaurant. Von dort hat man einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Gülhane-Park und die Stadt. Das Essen war sehr lecker.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber, komfortabel und hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Если Вы выбираете этот отель из-за наличия Сауны и хамам вы должны знать заранее о том что бесплатно он вам предлагается лишь 1 раз за все время вашего пребывания.
Персонал в спа абсолютно бестактно задавала личные вопросы и не скрывала своей реакции на полученные ответы.
Постельное белье поменяли только спустя 4 дня и то только после замечания.
Химчистка очень дорогая, разные менеджеры называли разную сумму за килограмм. В итоге заплатила за 5кг вещей хотя максимум там было 3.
Не советую данный отель.

Zoek je een hotel met veel services voor goede prijs, dan ben je bij het goede adres.
Pros:

Personeel is vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam.
Locatie is heel goed. Het ligt vlak bij attracties en openbaar vervoer. Er zijn genoeg restaurants in de buurt. Het mooie park Gülhane park is op loop afstand.
Ontbijt is uitgebreid. Het varieert van compleet lunch, compleet rijstmaaltijd, tot simpel brood mat jam. Dat er bruin brood wordt geserveerd is een pluspunt.

Cons:

Het hotel moet gerenoveerd worden op twee punten:
- geluids isolatie. De kamers zijn gehorig.
- ik vind het interieur aan de ouderwetse kant.

Mijn kamer had geen mooi uitzicht naar buiten. Ik keek op een gebouw in aanbouw

Pros:

La ubicación cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas se puede ir caminando y si no reo tranvía T1 está a un minuto andando. El personal es una pasada todos atentos. Especial gracias a los chicos de la recepción y también al personal del restaurante de la terraza!
