Ubicación frente al mar y servicios, zona muy tranquila. Ideal para descanso.

Cons:

La habitacion amplia buenas camas excelente baño, mala la vista a una pared del edificio lindero. El servicio de limpieza de la habitacion malo, tuvimos que reiterar que lo hicieran y solo estiraro las sabanas.

Pros:

Always great to be home! Nothing like the ocean. Staff was exceptional especially Husana. I think I spelled it correctly. Sorry about the spelling. She was magnificent from the beginning.

Cons:

That i didn't have more time here.

Avoid at all costs
Pros:

Location and restaurant staff are the only positive items

Cons:

Overpriced and in need of refreshing. The worst was on our 2nd night a drunken POS attempted to enter our room at 4am by almost breaking the door down and scaring the sh** out of us. Security responded but didn’t do much and we were moved to another room. Also a VERY high number of power drinkers staying there and they are LOUD and DISRESPECTFUL of other guests. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE. ITS NOT SAFE !!!!

The location. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurant. The room with beach view. Proximity to beach and local restaurants and bars. The roof top pool and lounge areas.

Nice hotel but could be more comfortable.
Pros:

Hotel and rooms are nice, and the swimmingpool was great. It was nice to have the beach passes included.

Cons:

Noise. I could not sleep well. I could hear all the other guests in the corridor and the music outside the window. The pillows were hard and thick and gave me a bad neck pain, but I guess some people like their pillow that way.
