Pros:

Room was dirty with a strong moldy smell. Wallpaper was peeling off from everywhere and both matresses were sagging really bad. Went to the front desk and asked the boy working there (Friday 23rd around 8 o’clock in the evening) to change room. He refused categorically and threatened me to call the police even though I was asking calmly for help. Came back with my husband and suddenly his tone changed and offered to refund the room. We ended up cancelling and paying just a little more for brand new room super comfy with good breakfast only 15-20min away. Won’t ever be going back there HORRIBLE experience….

A Pleasant Stay
Pros:

This is a fantastic location and is on a beautiful property surrounded by trees/woods and green grassy lawns. Multiple restaurants in walking distance.

Cons:

The room was musty and the bed was not very comfortable, but it was clean. The front office smells like ashtray.

Pros:

Great room, very clean. It was really big, had a big bathroom with one sink inside and one outside. I also liked the location next to some shopping center and good food spots. Some people in the vicinity looked a little weird but it was no issue for us. Would recommend!

Très bien situé (essence, commerces, autoroute)
Environnement tranquille.
Chambre propre, mais vieillotte.
Micro-ondes et frigo neufs.
La 55 était bien, mais avec une petite odeur de vieux. La douche était parfaite.
La 24 était vraiment bien, aucune odeur, mais la douche était difficile à régler et la pression de l'eau était faible (compliqué pour le rinçage).
Accueil chaleureux et aidant.
C'était parfait pour mes besoins.

Cons:

Le tapis pourrait être remplacé par du bois flottant. Ça serait plus facile pour les gens de l'entretien, plus hygiénique pour les clients et plus facile pour les gens allergiques. Ça donnerait un look plus moderne.

Stay was unpleasant and staff was not super helpful or polite.
Pros:

The location to the event we were attending was great and that was about it.

Cons:

The room was very outdated and not the cleanest. It didn't feel safe at night. We were locked out of our room and it ruined the plans we had made. Once the woman finally unlocked the door after over an hour of being outside in the rain she was very rude and didn't even apologize. To be honest, I thought we should be given our money back and if our stuff wasn't locked in the room we would have just driven an hour home.
