Great, definately recommend
Pros:

Hotel Hacienda exceeded our expectations. The decor is amazing. A trip back in tme, but with modern stylish rooms. Absoluely gorgeous. Location in the center of town is good but once in the hotel it is very quiet. Parking is available around the corner, no problem at all. Gardens are perfectly maintained & 3 pools. Staff were very good. I would definately recommend it.
Breakfast was good. WiFi was good.

Cons:

Just the lack of happiness on the hotel manager's face. Very brusque. The rest were great.

Pros:

Cet hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques rues du centre-ville de Mérida. C’est un très bel établissement avec trois piscines dans de petites cours intérieures.

Le petit déjeuner dans le patio (non inclus !!dans le prix de la chambre)

Bon emplacement et jolies piscines dans le centre de Mérida
Pros:

A deux pas du centre de Mérida avec parking privé à proximité. Ancienne hacienda modernisée avec trois jolies piscines.

Cons:

Un problème de chasse d'eau des toilettes n'a jamais été résolu malgré nos demandes. Le personnel s'est montré peu soucieux de le résoudre et a même remis en cause la véracité du problème à notre départ. Une attitude qui a rendu notre séjour moins agréable que prévu.
Le petit déjeuner était très limité avec des produits de qualité moyenne.

Halte d'une nuit dans ce bel établissement qui offre de jolies perspectives visuelles.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner à la carte qui permettait de choisir et régler en fonction de ses goûts et son appétit. Celui-ci était servi sur une jolie loggia.

Cons:

Chambre très sombre en rez de chaussée avec un gros tronc d'arbre devant la fenêtre.

Pros:

La chambre été immenses avec un très grand dressing et les trois piscines situées dans les patios apportent beaucoup de charme à l’établissement. Cette ancienne hacienda a été transformée en hôtel avec beaucoup de réussite. L’endroit est très calme, le personnel particulièrement agréable, et le petit-déjeuner excellent. L’hôtel se trouve à seulement quelques mètres du centre-ville et dispose également d’un parking.
