Great location, beautiful grounds, excellent service
Pros:

The location is amazing. Loved the quiet space. The attention by the front desk , was superb. Albert was very helpful and accommodating, he took very good care of us.

Cons:

The water pressure in our room for the shower could improve

Beautiful and reasonably quiet hotel in the very center of Mérida
Pros:

Beautiful structure, well maintained, central location. Car park nearby.
Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast is a little disappointing, very few options, it’s not included and croissants had apparently been deep frozen and reheated.
Lots of wasps swarming around, as fruit preserves etc. sit around outside for a while before tables are being cleaned.

Loved, loved this place!
Pros:

What a gem!! Hotel Hacienda FAR exceeded our expectations. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, the rooms were very modernized, beautifully decorated and comfy beds. The bathroom with the double sinks, bright lighting and makeup mirror made getting ready for this girl, especially happy.
Now about the staff: Superb!! Every single one of them!! Issac & Albert went up and above in every way. With special attention given to our friend who is elderly and needed a bit of extra care during our stay. Armando & Andrea made sure all of our food and drink were perfect. We ate our breakfast there every morning and found it to be tasty and a good value ,especially the croissants with strawberry jam and the tacos.
It was so great, we extended our stay by an extra night and the hubby and I will be returning before the end of the month.
FYI: This property does have parking available.

Pros:

Camera e bagno molto belli, letto comodo. Posizione centrale e parcheggio chiuso disponibile a pochi passi, che per la città di Merida è un plus importante

Cons:

Non avevamo la colazione inclusa e un giorno abbiamo ordinato alla carta, siamo rimasti un po' delusi, per la struttura e per il prezzo proposto non vale la pena.

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel mit zwei Außenpools im Innenhof, die regelmäßiger gereinigt gehören. Wir waren nicht drin. Sie Bar ist schön, hatte aber keine Besucher. Leckeres Frühstück.

An oasis in the center of Merida, with beautiful decoration and stunning patios and pools. Close to many restaurants and the city highlights. The room we booked was very spacious and overlooking the pool. The bed was confortable except for the sheets that were not soft. The staff was very nice, attentive and quite reactive.

Cons:

The bathroom needs some renovation: the shower head does not work very well and it is rusty. You also struggle to get the right temperature. There was one tap that was leaking and the cold water pressure is very weak. The bed linen were not soft and a bit too used. These might be details but for the price, you would not expect this.

Enjoyable stay, great staff, very clean place, good breakfast.

Only had a small standard room. Would like to have had a bigger room it was a special occasion.
