Belle hacienda, bien située mais qui mériterait un service plus chaleureux
Pros:

La situation centrale qui permet de tout faire à pied, le parking inclus, le confort de la chambre, l’architecture coloniale de la hacienda, assez calme.

Cons:

Le service un peu rustre, l’eau trouble de la piscine, la chambre qui donne directement sur la piscine donc peu d’intimité et on entend bien le passage des clients

Property is gorgeous, a great location, comfortable accommodations and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer but will do so my next trip to Merida. Thank you again!

Charming smaller hotel close to centre of town offering a quiet retreat
Pros:

We had a lovely room off of the pool with our own patio and 2 hammocks. We enjoyed a quick refreshing dip in the pool after a scorching hot day. The bathroom was very spacious with fantastic water pressure in the massive shower. The location was close to the centre of town but enough blocks away making it quieter area. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. The tasty breakfast menu provides limited options and is a little pricey for what you get. When we planned an earlier morning excursion they kindly served us our breakfast before hours which we greatly appreciated. Lovely staff and great feel to this place.

Cons:

I found the king-size bed hard and very uncomfortable. I don’t mind a firm mattress but this was definitely too hard. My husband didn’t mind it so it’s a personal preference I guess.

Fantastic accommodation and location. Very relaxing stay, would recommend!
Pros:

This was a beautiful building and was very well decorated. The room was equipped with everything you could need and the location was perfect! The hotel also has 3 swimming pools with plenty of space to relax.

Cons:

It was lovely, so not much to complain about. As it is an old building you do hear some outside noise but it is still quiet at night.

Séjour de rêve dans un endroit magnifique
Pros:

Nous avons adoré ce magnifique hotel de Merida.
Le cadre est absolument sublime, notre chambre était grande et magnifique, le personnel est adorable, les différentes piscines sont très agréables. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps à merida dans cet établissement.

Cons:

La Clim de notre chambre était un peu bruyante mais c’est le seul petit bémol que nous pouvons trouver à ce merveilleux endroit.

Great location, beautiful grounds, excellent service
Pros:

The location is amazing. Loved the quiet space. The attention by the front desk , was superb. Albert was very helpful and accommodating, he took very good care of us.

Beautiful and reasonably quiet hotel in the very center of Mérida
Pros:

Beautiful structure, well maintained, central location. Car park nearby.
Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast is a little disappointing, very few options, it’s not included and croissants had apparently been deep frozen and reheated.
Lots of wasps swarming around, as fruit preserves etc. sit around outside for a while before tables are being cleaned.

Loved, loved this place!
Pros:

What a gem!! Hotel Hacienda FAR exceeded our expectations. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, the rooms were very modernized, beautifully decorated and comfy beds. The bathroom with the double sinks, bright lighting and makeup mirror made getting ready for this girl, especially happy.
Now about the staff: Superb!! Every single one of them!! Issac & Albert went up and above in every way. With special attention given to our friend who is elderly and needed a bit of extra care during our stay. Armando & Andrea made sure all of our food and drink were perfect. We ate our breakfast there every morning and found it to be tasty and a good value ,especially the croissants with strawberry jam and the tacos.
It was so great, we extended our stay by an extra night and the hubby and I will be returning before the end of the month.
FYI: This property does have parking available.
