-Children under the age of 8 cannot access the SPA. Children aged 8 to 15 can access from 9.30 to 13.00. From the age of 16, access is allowed without restrictions. Hours may vary due to service needs.


- The Wellness Centre and Gym will be closed from 28 September 2026 until 12 October 2026, inclusive.
- From 13 October 2026 until Spring 2027, renovation works will be carried out on the outdoor swimming pool. During this period, the outdoor area will not be accessible.
- During the renovation works, the indoor Spa pool and the adjacent area located in the park will also remain closed to ensure maximum safety and hygiene standards and to avoid possible contamination.
- During this period, access to the Spa is reserved exclusively for guests aged 16 years and over. Children will not be admitted.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Pros:

E' una struttura veramente di affascinante, immersa nel verde e con delle viste sulle Alpi e sulla valle.
La camera è spaziosa, elegante e molto confortevole e colazione è ottima.
La piscina ed i servizi dello SPA sono al TOP.
Lo staff è professionale e attento a ogni dettaglio, facendo il soggiorno veramente speciale e rilassante.

Grande déception à nouveau pour notre deuxième séjour. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas bon
Pros:

Cet hôtel a un super spa et deux belles piscines, dont une intérieure et une autre extérieure. Tout le personnel est aimable, dévoué, aux petits soins pour les clients, c’est remarquable.

Cons:

Le système électrique des chambres est catastrophique!!! La domotique installée est compliqué, très difficile à gérer alors que de simples boutons feraient l’affaire. Selon le personnel, il est impossible d’éteindre la lumière à la salle de bains pour des raisons de sécurité… De plus, la ventilation fait beaucoup de bruit. À cela s’ajoute une cuisine médiocre au restaurant, tout en relevant la gentillesse du personnel. Pour conclure, on a constaté que des volets manquent à certaines fenêtres, d’autres pendent en mauvais état et des petits arbres poussent sur le balcon central. 🫣 Ces points donnent vraiment une mauvaise image.

Mi aspettavo molto di più da un hotel così rinomato
Pros:

Ambiente, colazione intercontinentale e di qualità, camera spaziosa

Cons:

Carenza di manutenzione ordinaria, finestre e porte interne scrostate, vetri della finestra decisamente sporchi ,moquette nelle parti comuni con macchie datate. Da un hotel 5 stelle ci si aspetta molto di più

Organizzazione in piscina degli ombrelloni e lettini ...poco chiara la storia dei numeri da prendere per prenotare a me è stato detto il contrario così ho messo l'asciugamano e ovviamente sono stata sfrattata ... mi sono ritrovata tutto il giorno sotto il sole con un forte mal di testa a fronte di ombrelloni mai utilizzati ...oltretutto il giorno del mio compleanno...

Location bella ma con più aspetti da migliorare
Pros:

Bella location in posizione ottimale

Cons:

Sicuramente servizio camera, rientrati alle 16,30 in stanza non ancora pulita e sistemata.
Altro punto debole le colazioni, cliente poco seguito. , personale poco preparato e non indirizzato da qualche responsabile della sala.
Queste osservazioni, vista la categoria dell ‘hotel spero vi aiutino a migliorare i servizi.
