Pros:

Tutto davvero..forse 1 "6 " lo darei al menù del ristorante..e 1 7 al sistema di climatizzazione che va un pochino monitorato ..tenendo però conto di giorni in cui la temperatura davvero era insostenibile ovunque..ma tutto sommato molto bello!!

Für die Darstellung, was das Hotel macht, war das eine komplette Enttäuschung!
Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich war gut.

Cons:

Für so ein Hotel ist das eine Zumutung.
Man kann die Klimaanlage ruhig ausmachen trotzdem macht die Klimaanlage/Lüftungsanlage Geräusche in der Nacht. Ohrstöpsel schlafen kann.
Kurz vor 5:00 Uhr wird man trotzdem wach, weil meines Erachtens der Kühlschrank Radau macht auf einmal und man nicht wieder einschlafen konnte.
Vom Frühstück bin ich komplett enttäuscht, was da angeboten wird. Das schafft jedes drei Sterne Hotel.
Ich könnte noch mehr Sachen aufzählen

Pros:

Le spa est bien, il y a sauna, hamam et diverses piscines. L’endroit est sympa, proche du village.

Cons:

L’hôtel ne vaut en aucun cas le prix qu’il demande.

1. Le personnel n’est pas formé pour un 5 étoiles, manque total d’égard et de sympathie. J’ai demandé un duvet supplémentaire et on me donne une couverture miteuse.

2. Il faut payer 50 euro par jour pour avoir accès au transat au bord de la piscine. Je trouve inadmissible vu le prix de la chambre, j’en ai fait part à la dame de l’accueil qui m’a dit sèchement c’est marqué sur booking. En effet, il est marqué en tout petit que les transats sont en supplément, néanmoins le prix n’est pas indiqué et 50 euro la journée c’est bien du vol.

3. Le restaurant est médiocre. Le repas mauvais, le prix exorbitant et le service médiocre. Le vin était chaud, les serveurs vous bousculent en passant.

4. Le petit déjeuner est également peu digne d’un 5 étoiles. Personne ne vous sert un café, les produits sont bas de gamme, on ne vous propose même pas de vous faire une omelette. J’ai demandé à ce qu’on m’ouvre le parasol sur la terrasse car il faisait 30 degré déjà le matin et bien sûr personne n’est venu le faire.

5. La salle de bain dans la chambre sentait le moisi, les canalisations ne sont pas nettoyées.

Bref, je vous déconseille fortement d’y séjourner.
