Difficult to understand staff. But he was able to write out what he was saying.
it was in sedona
a dead roach was in my bed. a couple downstairs was highly intoxicated or drug induced and screaming arguing at 6:30 am. There were no onsite management.
I slept ok
Check in, could not understand diddly and the transcription monitor was goofy. The room was dirty, lights didn't work. Good thing I just needed to sleep.
Nothing
Dirty, virtual check in thru a kiosk, door handle to the room felt like it was going to fall off
The staff were nice, I almost feel bad that I need to do a honestly review, because the guy in the office was really nice but that doesnt change the place is terrible
It’s worst than a motel 6, I can’t even say you get what you pay, cause for 270 dollars a night I would expect a clean and comfortable room, they did change my room to a “cleaner” room but was still not confortable and for sure not what was expected for 270 dollars
Kein Personal.
nothing
everything
Good area and clean
Your greeted by a robot automated screen that’s weird
It's always hard to find an affordable stay at Sedona on weekends. We anticipated what to expect, moreover, we ordered the room in the very last moment. It had all the necessary to have some rest overnight. it was clean and quiet and the bed was fairly good. Specifically I liked spacious bathroom zone. Everything was okay if the goal is to stay overnight and keep moving to the next spot.
Overall, it is a motel type of stay for the price of 3* hotel in a less touristic area. It was a challenge for me to find light swith in the darkness when we checked in late in the night. Online check-in is not what I expected to see.
The hot tub was nice and the spaciousness of the bathroom.
The mattress could have been more comfortable. There was only one chair in the room.
