So cozy and cute. I'll give them a good review on Google
Make the hot tub hotter please lol It's in such a nice location but I think it should be warmer and my partner agreed
Nothing
this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms smelled like weed, were dirty and felt very unsafe
Booked this room very last minute for a one night stay. Good value for my money.
Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious.
The HVAC system did not let you turn it off unless you unplugged it. It was pretty loud as well.
I thought the room was okay, and that the beds were clean.
I did not like how the bathrooms smelled like urine, the curtains and rods in the bathroom are rusted and stained. It was very hard to sleep every night because from 12 am - 2 am the people above us were stomping.
At first we liked the cheap price, but soon found out why it was cheap.
They told us there was no breakfast, the hot tub was cold, we had a lot of trouble with the kiosk, shower water did not get hot, bed was completely saggy in the middle like a hammock, and our passcode locked us out an hour before check out time and we had to find housekeeping to let us in because the kiosk workers who were in a different country couldn’t figure out how to un-mute us, overall an incredibly eventful stay to say it in a nice way. Won’t be coming back to this hotel at all.
Too many bugs in the rooms
Super cute location and the value for the room was perfect.
There was such a strong smell of chemicals and cleaners that it was honestly unpleasant. Somewhere between ammonia and lemon disinfectant.
Nothing
well there were cockroaches everywhere, mold all over the walls, and underwear underneath the mattress
Convenient location
The place is hard to find and not well lit. There was a cockroach in the first room. The furnishings were IKEA-grade cheap as could be. Smelled weird. No in-person employees. And expensive, almost $150 per night?!
No breakfast at location
Table in room was dirty with a sticky substance not cleaned off. Window curtain hung onto the bed. It was too long. Other window curtían covered air condition vent. Again too long for window size.
The property has potential.
The check in was with a disinterested person on a video screen. The room number printed was 3 A and I was told it was on the diagram next to the video kiosk, the had a 3 K not a 3 A and I mentioned this to the extremely bored man on the video and he repeated 3A which there wasn’t a 3A or a 3K so I checked and found a room 3 and I sat on the bed and it was broken, it was extremely soft and I checked the center and it sank as if boards were broken underneath. I went back to the video room and he said they didn’t have a room and I asked about a refund and he said I should contact booking . Com which I tried and had trouble finding a contact number or email. The video guy could not have been less helpful. Insane how bad the service was.
The room was clean
You check in via a video call tablet, the bed was so broken we couldnt get any sleep the bed in 3a all middle springs are broken and you roll to the middle of the mattress and sink
