Location
Steps. No elevator. No room service. No robes. Horrible towels. Poor lighting
To many bugs in the room
Clean. Shower excellent but could do with extra towels.
Nobody onsite, virtual checking in.
Bed OK, but pillows lumpy. Hair dryer did not work.
Dodgy wiring of lights.
It was a mission carrying suitcases upstairs when we thought we were getting a view.
Great location in Sedona. Felt safe. Enough parking. Nice moderate sized fridge and microwave in the room. Clean. Basic, but we wanted low cost as we were just sleeping there and gone all day.
Video kiosk check in was odd, although I understand the "why" behind not having to staff a desk 24/7. Not enough towels in the room (and wasn't sure how to get more with the video kiosk check in). Handle fell off the shower.
room was clean and immediately available when i arrived
the lights and light switches in the room were not in good repair. some of the light switches did not work . The lights themselves were not tied to the wall light switches , shaes on the lamps were falling off, The jacuzzi was cloudy(dirty) and not as warm as body temperature.
Great location!
Room was very...shabby. Door did not have a complete seal which allowed bugs in, carpet peeled up around corners, wall had a hole in it that had just been painted over, hardware for furniture was scuffed and generally poor looking. For over $300 a night I was expecting something at least decent. Furniture and beds creaked with light sitting pressure. Bed linens and towels were cheap and scratchy.
The location was good, just out of Sedona centre. Restaurants / shops nearby.
Very overpriced hotel. Check in was difficult as no physical person was there, was a live webcam with someone on distance. Trouble reading id etc.
Pool was dirty not usuable.
Room was full of mosquitoes.
chambre spacieuse et propre, bien placé à Sedona, parking possible + jacuzzi sympa
Pas de personnel physique, c'est via une machine, tout s'est bien passé mais c'est un peu particulier
Location
Self service, not at all!!! Machine wasn’t even working when I arrived.
Location
Dirty, dingy, outdated. Gross bathroom, very uncomfortable bed. Overall terrible experience and very creepy check in.
There is a Wholefood store across the street. The location is near activities.
I would rate this place a 2 out of 10.
The reception desk is virtual. It’s unwelcoming with a feeling of despair in the little dark room where the virtual box sits in the middle. Then an Indian man suddenly appears in the box that doesn’t speak good English. I left the reception box concerned, full of questions. While he was checking me in, he kept muting me and talking on the phone to others.
I saw a tiny spa outside, maybe for one or two people but I didn’t go look to see if there was water in it.
The rooms are basic, very small, dark, and lonely. The experience was Eerie.
Also, the room is located by the airport. I didn’t sleep much, then was woken up by flying airplanes very early in the morning.
I also did not like that I paid over $200 for this room. It wasn’t what I expected at all, and the pictures on booking.com look different than what this place really looks like.
The room door is a code lock.
It was close to venue of wedding we were attending
There is no actual person on site- everything is though a monitor like a zoom call. Person was not local and had thick accent that could not be understood. Picked this property because it said early check in available- when arrived they said they saw my request but no. Room is very small, very old and dirty. Bathroom was disgustingly. Mold around toilet base. Not enough towels for 2 people (no-one on property to correct towel issue). Shower pressure was low and temperature was inconsistent- every few moments you go freezing cold bursting out. I would not stay again
