Location
Self service, not at all!!! Machine wasn’t even working when I arrived.
Location
Dirty, dingy, outdated. Gross bathroom, very uncomfortable bed. Overall terrible experience and very creepy check in.
There is a Wholefood store across the street. The location is near activities.
I would rate this place a 2 out of 10.
The reception desk is virtual. It’s unwelcoming with a feeling of despair in the little dark room where the virtual box sits in the middle. Then an Indian man suddenly appears in the box that doesn’t speak good English. I left the reception box concerned, full of questions. While he was checking me in, he kept muting me and talking on the phone to others.
I saw a tiny spa outside, maybe for one or two people but I didn’t go look to see if there was water in it.
The rooms are basic, very small, dark, and lonely. The experience was Eerie.
Also, the room is located by the airport. I didn’t sleep much, then was woken up by flying airplanes very early in the morning.
I also did not like that I paid over $200 for this room. It wasn’t what I expected at all, and the pictures on booking.com look different than what this place really looks like.
The room door is a code lock.
It was close to venue of wedding we were attending
There is no actual person on site- everything is though a monitor like a zoom call. Person was not local and had thick accent that could not be understood. Picked this property because it said early check in available- when arrived they said they saw my request but no. Room is very small, very old and dirty. Bathroom was disgustingly. Mold around toilet base. Not enough towels for 2 people (no-one on property to correct towel issue). Shower pressure was low and temperature was inconsistent- every few moments you go freezing cold bursting out. I would not stay again
The shaded outdoor areas were great. Really enjoyed the hot tub too.
The bed was horrible! The mattress caved in to the middle, making it extremely uncomfortable, having to sleep on the edge to keep from rolling into each other; not restful at all and very disappointing. Not up to Sedona standards!
Around the corner of a nice restaurant
Hot tub wasn’t even hot
The bed was horrible
The sheets didn’t look that clean
The check in was so weird and the person I was speaking to for check in was a creep
Quite and good located. Convenient parking.
The room code is a bit long to enter and I had to request a new code on the morning to enter the room.
Nothing!!!
When we booked a room with you I asked for a ground floor room. My wife recently had a stroke and is paralyzed on her left side and confined to a wheelchair. We drove over 250 miles from our home in Apache Junction, Az. to get to Sedona. When we tried to check in we were told the only room available was #5 on the top floor. I explained our situation again to the person on screen in Office. I am 83 years old and my wife is 70. There was no way I could get her to the upstairs room. After about 20 minutes wait the person on the monitor told me there was nothing you could do to accommodate us. We left and tried to find another place to stay. We were unable to find another suitable room for less than $800.00 which was beyond our means. Therefor we left Sedona and drove the 250 miles back to our home in Apache Junction. I am requesting a refund of the $242.00 you charged on my credit card for a room we were unable to use.
Location, hot tub and extra towels. Picnic tables and grill
Mattress was not comfortable
Lots of space, looks like it's in a foresty little neighborhood.
Nothing
The whole experience. The noise
Quite, near everything, safe, such a quiet little neighborhood.
Location
Everything, had trash and laundry piled up as soon as we walked in. The lobby had some foul smell we couldn't identify. The guy on the screen, I couldn't understand him. The areas surrounding the building were overgrown and looked extremely unkept. We changed our minds about staying and left. I am trying to contact the property for a refund.
Location
Very badly furnished
Location was excellent
Several things in the room needed fixing. Investing a little time and money to fix up the room would make it so much better.
