Pros:

the location was central

Cons:

the kiosk experience felt odd. the mattress on the bed I got was incredibly uncomfortable and I felt the bar in the middle the entire night. I got locked out of my room and my daughter was inside and she wasn't able to get out. I had to go to the front desk to have them reset the lock that had me very nervous. one of the lamps didn't work, and the one that did was very dim.

Pros:

The motel is clean and comfortable, and the grounds well kept. It wasn't far from the shops and restaurants, but we used Lyft to avoid trying to find parking.

Cons:

No hot water. Virtual check-in kiosk was horrible and took 20 min+. That stuff is a deal killer for all future hotel bookings. Room lock was an overly complicated combination lock and not intuitive. No room key and only a code on a receipt to get in. Shower controls missing trim parts and bed offered no support like there was no mattress. Then discovered our "queen" bed was two twins pushed together. Worst place ever...

Pros:

The rooms are good, comfortable and the location is within walking distance of some restaurants.

Cons:

The check-in procedure worked for us but was a bit quirky. Not sure it is the way forward, as it is all via a video link with a receipt giving codes to the room and WiFi. The hot tub/ jacuzzi didn't work.

Pros:

The location was fine, the city shuttles do arrive there. The room was more or less clean.

Cons:

I didn't really like the virtual check in, although they were very nice. I arrived two hours before check in and there is no place to leave your bags if you need. There is no help if you need it, for your baggage, and I'm not sure about the room service. The room was kinda clean.

Great place good price would stay here again.
Pros:

Location to area was great. Quiet and safe. Hot tub and grill were nice. Ice machine great for packing day trips.

Cons:

Would like good place to charge bikes outside.

I've said it all.
Pros:

What breakfast? Location was kinda hidden. Water pressure was bad with faulty shower knobs. Got locked out of our room. Sink was clogged with something. No real lobby with a live person. Not a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Get real lobby with live person. Get rid of the entry code and go back to keycards. Fix all the things that's wrong in the room.

If it's your only option & you don't mind dilapidated rooms with cockroaches, Only use Booking.com!!
Pros:

Very Little went well. Other than the convenient location, there is nothing that I cared for. I planned on staying longer as I recovered from the trip & as I looked for an apartment...but the unauthorized charges to my card, the condition of the room as well as refusal of owners to address situation once they got my credit card. 5 TIMES, they charged, recharged, then credited back some money but never the full amount. Disputing charges currently!

Cons:

ONLY use Booking.com, Not that I wanted to stay longer but needed to due to a health issue. I was told to book directly with Owners/Managers which I did. They charged my card for more than they quoted me as well as submitting payment for days that were booked directly w/Booking dot com. They also charged my credit card then credited back several times but eventually charging me for an EXTRA day without explanation. I had to shut down my card so they would not keep charging my card without authorization. Currently disputing the charges. It was easy to reach owners & Managers by phone an email when extending my stay but they refused to take any of my calls or respond to my emails, regarding these false charges.It was intentional credit card fraud. My room had cockroaches, rips in carpet, needed updating & had unfinished/poor repairs. Unless you find yourself homeless or need to due to budget reasons, I could NEVER recommend this property or the other hotel that these owners/managers run in Sedona! No onsite staff other than housekeeping for 2 hours of the day. Entire check in was thru a Kiosk being operated by a live video call center in INDIA, so there was no one to address even the simplest requests, even overcharges to my credit card.
