Nice rooms with AC. Good beds. Staff Ok. Beautiful big swimming pool, this is truly the selling point of the hotel. Breakfast was very extensive, but doubt about the freshness of the fish products.
The hotel and restaurant interior need some modern upgrade. Style is from the sixties/seventies
Lovely building and nice rooms. Great swimming pool.
A little bit out of town and nothing much nearby really need a car to get around as taxis are very expensive.
No bar as such and difficult to get a drink.

Un excellent séjour au Palace Hôtel Marsala ! Un accueil chaleureux et attentionné, une équipe très agréable et toujours disponible. L’hôtel a beaucoup de charme, avec une belle atmosphère et un cadre authentique.
La chambre était confortable et agréable, et l’ensemble de l’établissement est très bien tenu. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel et la qualité de l’accueil.
Une très belle adresse à Marsala, que nous recommandons vivement. Nous y retournerions avec grand plaisir !

Overall, the hotel could still be a decent option if it invested in renovations and more consistent staff training, but as it stands, it doesn't live up to expectations.
This hotel may have deserved a higher star rating years ago, but it has clearly seen better days. The property feels run-down and dated, and it's hard to reconcile the current state with a 5-star label — this is not what that rating should mean today.
Service was inconsistent: some staff members were warm and helpful, while others seemed indifferent or simply not interested in assisting guests.
The food was underwhelming — mediocre at best, and not what you'd expect at this price point.
