Pretty good fair stay
Pros:

Real fast was limited but was sumptuous. Rooms could be more better kept as furniture is old and control of AC is required. All in all quite good stay.

Cons:

As said before rooms could be more better kept with the new style furniture to replace the old one.

Pros:

The hotel's location is good and the staff is nice. But the room feels very suffocating because of wooden windows. The plumbing is bad. The breakfast can be better. Atleast they can change the fresh item regularly. The staff is very helpful and do their best.

Pros:

Nice clean, friendly hotel conveniently located a 8 min walk from the main train and bus station but don’t worry it’s on a quiet street and don’t hear the above.
The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes.
The staff were friendly and helpful so I would recommend this hotel and when I’m back in Pune this will be my first port of call.

Pros:

The staff were the big positive in this hotel. Specially the front office manager mr jubair. He was courteous, helpful and professionally sound. The food quality also was reasonably good.

Cons:

The whole infrastructure is in very bad condition . Most of the electrical fittings and water faucets are not functioning. A very sad state of affairs. The owners need to look into this and get things changed /renovated
