Assisi incanta da sola per cui si sopportano anche eventuali disservizi
Pros:

Ottimo lo staff dall’accoglienza alla partenza. Discreta colazione ma il capuccino potevano farlo nella macchina del bar e servirlo come in tutti gli alberghi di un certo spessore.
La persona addetta al parcheggio della macchina gentile e preparato nelle difficoltose manovre

Cons:

Nel ristorante sempre lo stesso menu, hanno fornito i formaggi ma non avevano le marmellate come riportato nel menù …

Excelente, mas precisa ficar atento para a questão da cobrança de spa e dos manobristas.
Pros:

Gostei do ambiente familiar, das acomodações, café da manhã, conforto do quarto, banheiro excelente, organização do quarto perfeita, vista maravilhosa e terraço extremamente relaxante.

Cons:

Estacionamento. Quando cheguei o recepcionista inspecionou o carro e não encontrou nenhum arranhão. No outro dia de manhã antes de sair com o carro notei um arranhão no pára-choque. Propositalmente não informei a portaria para ver como seria o procedimento do hotel. O carro era alugado e sempre faço seguro total então não me preocupei. Fiquei chateado porque não tiveram a mínima preocupação em me avisar. Outra coisa que não gostei é que fui informado que eu reservei o quarto com spa e tive que pagar 30 euros por pessoa de um serviço que não usei.

Un hébergement qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes
Pros:

Excellente situation dans le centre historique, à 5 mn de la basilique Saint François.
Très belle vue sur la ville, la plaine et les monts ombriens.
Personnel à l’écoute.
Très bon petit-déjeuner.
Très bon restaurant.
Literie agréable.
Chambre jumelée idéale pour un séjour avec enfants.
Salon et bar très agréables, avec terrasse et vue panoramique.

Cons:

Parking avec peu de places de stationnement, il faut réserver très en avance. À défaut, vous pouvez facilement stationner votre voiture au parking public Giovanni Paolo II qui est à 5-7 mn à pied.

La posizione è ottimale proprio all'ingresso del paese e altrettanto la vista per cene o aperitivi

Cons:

La camera stavolta troppo piccola credendola meglio ma la prossima volta avremo il tempo di chiederne una migliore
