Pros:

Staff molto gentile, terrazza panoramica su Assisi davvero bellissima. Letti confortevoli .
La possibilità di aver soggiornato anche solo una notte.

Cons:

Avrei gradito la possibilità di avere una colazione minimale al bar, senza dover pagare €20 a testa per la super colazione e senza dover cercare bar intorno.

Emplacement très pratique pour tout faire à pieds
Une partie du personnel était sympathique une autre moitié exécrable surtout le responsable à l’accueil et la personne chargée du spa

Cons:

Le spa piscine étaient extrêmement sale au point de ne pas pouvoir se baigner. Et la présence de puces? Punaises de lit? Car nous avions le corps et le visage recouverts de boutons, nous avons été changé de chambre mais le problème était le même

Great location , friendly staff and attentive.
Pros:

Location was great , staff was friendly and I was even upgraded to a room with a beautiful view.

Cons:

The bathroom was big but the tub was slippery and the shower door did not seal 100 percent and water leaked out . The cleaning service took care of it while we were exploring .

La spa: piccola ma completa, accogliente, con personale molto professionale, gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il ristorante interno: Estasi, discutibile la pulizia, personale poco attento. Scelti 2 percorsi culinari diversi e trovato per 6 portate una sola gustosa, le altre con abbinamenti di sapori insoliti e globalmente spiacevoli. Particolarmente imbarazzante il fatto che ho richiesto durante l’ordinazione un cambio di un dolce e mi hanno risposto che non era possibile.

Wonderful breakfast! Great location! The valet is the most wonderful, joyful person to encounter first, and say goodbye to last. He is truly a delight!
