Great Assisi Hotel with fantastic views
Pros:

Great location in a quite area with views overlooking Assisi Valley, however, within walking distance to Assisi historic center but also within just a couple of minutes to St Francis' Basilica and crypt and public transport. Our room had a balcony with fantastic views. It was clean and comfortable. Great buffet breakfast with a great selection of items to choose from. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom and shower in our room would benefit from some updating, but this was only a minor issue.

Fantastic hotel with an equally fantastic staff
Pros:

Too many hotels are cutting back on services- no front desk always on hand, no restaurant, no parking attendant, etc. I stay at hotels often, and it is very rare, in my experience, to see an old style hotel with excellent and professional service. I highly enjoyed my stay. The views were fantastic, from my balcony, the bar and the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was truly exceptional. The stay overall was fantastic, and I highly recommend the hotel for the facilities, but especially for the staff! I am grateful for a wonderful stay and an experience that well exceeded my expectations!

Complessivamente siamo stati bene, ma a mio parere il numero di stelle non è coerente
Pros:

Posizione ottima. Addetto alle macchine gentilissimo e sorridente. Staff cordiale.

Cons:

Migliorerei un po' la pulizia perché c'era della polvere in camera. Migliorerei il servizio del ristorante: attesa e più attenzione all'uscita delle portate. Frigo bar che raffredda pochissimo. Sciacquone del bagno che non scarica bene.
