アッシジ駅からのバスが停車するサン・ピエトロ広場から近く、道もわかりやすかったです。サン・フランチェスコ聖堂も近くて、とても便利なところにあります。部屋も広く、ゆったりしていて、過ごしやすかったです。

Pros:

Hotel molto centrale, che gode del plus di un parcheggio privato. La struttura mostra un po' il segno dei tempi, ma anche questo ha il suo appeal; terrazza panoramica per la colazione e camera con vista sulla vallata; colazione varia ed eccellente con caffetteria da bar; personale disponibilissimo e di una cortesia assoluta.

Assisi ist immer eine Reise wert.
Pros:

die Lage war super. der Parkplatz 1A. das Personal ist meist sehr bemüht. eine bessere Aussicht über das Tal und die Umgebung gibt es nicht.

Cons:

Für die Hotelbar am Abend sollten sie sehr viel Geduld mitbringen und dann sind sie nicht sicher ob sie bedient werden.

O Hotel é muito charmoso e tem uma vista fantástica, o café da manhã é excelente.

Cons:

Quando da reserva, pensei que os serviços do Spa estavam incluídos ou seriam facilitados (valores menores) para os hóspedes. A nossa expectativa era de usufruir do Spa, mas o custo era à parte e no mesmo valor para qualquer cliente. Achei a cama pouco confortável.

A lovely hotel with fantastic views over Assisi, the plain and mountains.
Pros:

The view from the hotel balcony was superb. The views are above the Assisi roof tops and a church leading onto the plain and the basilica and then onto the mountains in the distance.

Gorgeous property but quality depends on floor level
Pros:

Gorgeous property that has an amazing terrace view in the back for breakfast/dinner/apertivos. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the location of the property is great, and rooms were comfortable. Shower pressure was great and water got quite hot.

Cons:

We were in Assisi for a wedding and this was one of the suggested properties. My friends and I had three rooms total and we were on room 1, which is several levels below the lobby since the property is on a hill. The room has visible dark mold and peeling ceilings, and unfortunately there were two evenings where very large cockroaches were not only found in my room, but also spotted on my friends’ rooms. I definitely understand cockroaches exist in this world but was surprised to see them on multiple occasions in our rooms. I am sure the rooms on higher floors are nicer but would not recommend those on basement levels. Everything else was comfortable and seemed clean.

We did have to request an iron and ironing board from the front desk and received a mini ironing board that was falling apart. We just ironed formal clothes on the bed instead.
