Comfortable stay overall
Pros:

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Clean. Beautiful pool area.
STAFF – Exceptionally nice and helpful. Everyone was clearly trying their best and constantly asking if we needed anything or how they could help. Sarah at the kids’ club was amazing. To our surprise, our 4-year-old stayed there for a couple of hours, even though she is usually quite shy and does not normally stay with strangers. Wafae, reception staff, the waiters, and the cleaning staff were all extremely polite, attentive, and always willing to help.

Cons:

The hotel is not really a 5-star standard anymore. It may have been in the past, but it now feels dated. The breakfast had a good variety, but it was not what I would expect from a true 5-star buffet. The rooms are old, and the furniture feels tired and in need of refurbishment. But to be fair, the price reflects this, so good value for money. 5 stars goes only to the staff

Le séjour était agréable, mais peut être encore amélioré pour tendre vers l'excellence.
Pros:

La piscine est très bien, mais faire attention à remplacer certains carreaux décollés au fond de la piscine. Le petit-déjeuner est très correct, et la chambre est spacieuse. Mais l'orientation des lits de la chambre 1374 par rapport à la TV murale est bizarre (en biais). J'aurais aimé également que la facture réglée par mes soins corresponde à celle que j'ai reçu lors de ma réservation (aucun coût caché, comme petit-dej non inclus).

Cons:

Ce qui peut être amélioré, c'est l'heure du check-out en le mettant en regard de l'heure du check-in proposée par l'hôtel. Et puis il faut faire attention à ce que les querelles entre employés ne dérangent pas la quiétude de la clientèle. Vous êtes sûrement au courant de la rixe survenue au restaurant de la piscine avant-hier pour des histoires de pourboires.

Pros:

Limpeza, bom pequeno-almoço e uma excelente piscina. Sempre água engarrafada no quarto diariamente, assim como limpeza.
Fica numa zona muito calma, com um centro comercial perto com supermercado.

Cons:

O frigorífico do quarto não estava a funcionar. Pedimos o favor se o podiam ligar e isso nunca aconteceu.
