Average place - probably wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The main hotel areas were clean and attractive
Availability of uber to the hotel was quick and inexpensive usually only 50MAD to madina

Cons:

My hotel room door was faulty and staff refused to fix the problem despite being reminded

Bedroom decor and condition was quite tired not a 5 star

Approach to hygiene - example guests grabbing handful of nuts when I told the breakfast team they did not change the nuts just put a spoon in

Constant late night loud live music - one or two nights is fine but every night until midnight - really?

WiFi was terrible constant drop out

Small things that show this is not a 5 star establishment like lack of care to provide towels consistently in gym area , cheap basic toiletries in bathrooms

Overall it was ok and we had a nice tome - If they address these issues it could be a nice place to stay

Le personnel sur tout Bilal a la réception très attentive et compréhensive . Les bagagistes sont d'une gentillesse remarquable .

Cons:

Les installations sont obsolètes le prix rapport qualité prix c'est pas compréhensible sur tout l'hôtel est vieux les installations non conforme aux 5🌟 l'hôtel doit impérativement commencer une rénovation totale pour être moderniser .

Una notte a Marrakesh
Pros:

Tutto ottimo , tranne la messaggistica per la conferma dell’arrivo e richiesta di transfer . Per scusarsi al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato una camera migliore e la colazione è stato portato in camera vista la nostra partenza anticipata senza ulteriori addebiti .

Impossibile comunicare con la struttura una volta prenotato .

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location with everything around.

A very special thanks to Chaima at reception — she was outstanding, extremely welcoming and helpful throughout my stay.
Abdull was also very kind and supportive, always ready to assist. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel charmant odeur de fleur d'oranger dans tout l'hôtel personnel agréable petit déjeuner ok mais manquements d'originalité si non excellent

La struttura è bella, ampia, la piscina esterna grandissima e pulita, peccato che l’acqua giustamente fosse ancora molto

Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la colazione, varia, abbondante, sia tipica, che adoro, che internazionale.

Cons:

La camera era bella e spaziosa, 2 cose negative per me son state in primis la puzza in camera, era sui tessuti delle tende presumo, tutta la stanza aveva un odore fastidioso. L’altra nota negativa il balconcino non aveva una copertura superiore e avendo molto piovuto era tutto fradicio.
