une étape en pension complète qui repose et coupe de la ville
Pros:

la plus grande piscine jamais vu !! hôtel très luxe tout confort, quartier moderne mais sans charme historique et nécessité d'un taxi pour aller visiter Marrakech, juste à coté de l'aéroport, buffet très correct pour une étape complète
adaptatif pour avoir le petit déjeuner dès 6 h 0 pour prendre notre avion

un peu loin du centre historique, manque un peu de charme

Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié le comportement du mr de grande taille cheveux noir qui était à la réception très mal poli et arrogant, on a jamais vu un tel comportement dans lhotelerie

Tout le Personnel est très accueillant. Digne d'un 5 étoiles.
Séjour passé sans aucune mauvaise surprise.
Si possible de ma part je reviendrais.
Je recommande vivement.

Cons:

Petit bémol côté taxi... Le Quartier Agdal fait parti de Marrakech mais aucun ne veut faire fonctionner le compteur, donc il faut à chaque fois négocier la course !

Cons:

Reception staff I spoke to re taxi, exchanging cash seemed very rude as if I was wasting their time. Rooms are not 5 star at all. Had to kill 2 beetles/ ants in the room.
Tissue paper etc are cheap.

Merci à Nadège, très professionnelle, Sarah du Kids club aussi qui a été tres agréable.
Excellent séjour.
Il n’y a rien à dire du professionnalisme du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. L’hotel très joli, propre et le parfum est envoûtant. Merci pour cet accueil.
