Beautiful hotel
Pros:

Beautiful arrival lobby, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and nice linens and towels. The staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately, despite our special request for a quiet room, we were initially placed on a corridor with a schoolclass of loud teenagers who used the hallway like a running track and the rooms as a disco. Fortunately, after asking, we were moved to another room. Even then, despite the improvement, the rooms were still quite noisy. Airplanes fly overhead loudly during the day, but not often and thankfully not at night, which was a relief.

A reggeli bőséges volt , de nem mindent töltöttek fel ami elfogyott …, nem sétáltunk a környéken , de egy pláza is van 5 percre több helyi vendéglő

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a személyzet. Az autóbérlést helyben el lehetett intézni. Csodálatos kert, szép tiszta medence, de sajnos a külső nem fűtött. A szálloda nem a legújabb építésű a használat nyomai felfedezhetők, de szép tiszta és kedves a személyzet. Minden nap takarítottak a szobában és ásvány vizet is hoztak minden nap. A reggelinél nagy a választék sok helyi étellel és a péksütemények is átlag feletti választékkal és frissességgel vannak. A környéken van egy kis bevásárló központ ahol alkoholt is lehet kapni. Sajnos Marakesben a közösségi busz közlekedést ki kell tapasztalni, mivel buszmegálló gyakorlatilag nem létezik. A google segítségével el lehet boldogulni.

Vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Wij hadden dit hotel speciaal geboekt vanwege het indoor zwembad omdat het weer slecht was en te koud om buiten te zwemmen. Ter plekke werden we onaangenaam verrast met de mededeling dat het zwembad apart betaald moet worden (100dh/€10 pp p/u!!!) én dat het pas vanaf 14 jaar toegankelijk is. Alle kinderen zijn onder de 14 jaar oud en mochten dus niet het zwembad in. Bovendien is een dagje aqua park goedkoper gezien de prijs die het hotel hanteert. Als ik dit eerder had geweten had ik wel een ander hotel geboekt, zonder binnenzwembad.

Helaas viel dit hotel ons erg tegen. De verwachtingen waren hoger dan wat we uiteindelijk kregen. De ervaring was teleurstellend en we hebben ons verblijf niet als prettig ervaren. Voor ons geen tweede keer, wij zullen hier niet meer terugkomen.

Un séjour inoubliable au Palm Plaza – Marrakech
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à l’hôtel Palm Plaza. L’emplacement est idéal : au calme, tout en restant proche des principaux centres d’intérêt de Marrakech. La propreté est irréprochable dans tout l’établissement, des chambres aux espaces communs. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent accueilli avec le cœur.
Un immense merci à tout le personnel, d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Mention toute particulière aux filles de l’accueil, toujours souriantes, attentionnées et disponibles, qui rendent le séjour exceptionnel. Et un remerciement spécial à la jeune femme brune, très sympathique et aux petits soins, dont le bureau se situe entre l’ascenseur et le salon de thé : sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable, tout en soulignant l’excellent accueil de toute l’équipe.
La nourriture est délicieuse, variée et de grande qualité. L’hôtel est délicatement parfumé à la fleur d’oranger, un véritable voyage des sens. La vue imprenable sur les montagnes de l’Atlas est absolument magnifique : on ne s’en lasse pas, chaque regard est un émerveillement.
J’ai également profité d’un soin du visage au safran : un moment incroyable. La masseuse a de véritables doigts de fée, le soin était relaxant et enrichissant avec de précieux conseils personnalisés. Je suis ressortie avec un teint lumineux et totalement détendue.
Enfin, j’ai fait un brushing, réalisé par un homme très professionnel, attentif et délicat. Mes cheveux ont été parfaitement choyés, avec d’excellents conseils pour les entretenir.
Un hôtel où l’on se sent accueilli avec le cœur. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et le recommandons vivement.
