This is not how a 5-star hotel should be like, it lowered my expectations
Pros:

I liked the pool and I liked the healthy options and the juice during breakfast time.

Cons:

We are disappointed over the wifi and how my kids were not able to do any school work in the room and how I had to delay my online work just because of the Wi-Fi. It is a hassle to leave the room just to be able to do basic stuff on the internet.

Pros:

Le personnel à l'acceuil très serviable et d'une gentillesse. Les animateurs toukours souriants. Le petit déjeuner très varié.

L’emplacement, la piscine, le petit déjeuner était très varié.

Cons:

Après une réservation effectuée sur Booking, l'organisation à notre arrivée a laissé à désirer. Nous avons dû attendre longtemps avant que la réception nous remette notre chambre. De plus, alors que nous avions réservé une chambre double, nous avons découvert qu'il s'agissait en réalité de deux lits jumeaux. Le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Enfin, le monsieur à la réception s'est montré très froid et peu accueillant, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore moins agréable.

Hotellet är dyr för den standar och service
Pros:

Personalen i reception och baren trevliga.
Bra städpersonal.
Ett mål med butiker var nära. positivt
Middagsbuffe bra men dyr

Cons:

Hotellet är inte fem tjärning (kanske för länge sedan). priserna var som i Sverige. Maten var inte god.
Inga alternativ till glutenfri. Vi fick ofta äta samma sak på poolen.
Servicen vid poolen och pool restaurang är katastrof.

Pros:

Pas beaucoup de monde

Cons:

Manque d’ambiance pas de matelas sur les transat room service mauvais voulait nous faire payer un taxi à 250 alors que nous sommes à 7 min de l aéroport ! Vraiment déçu il y a beaucoup mieux à Marrakech
