Wiffi y recepción un desastre

El wiffi no funcionó en ninguna de las 3 habitaciones que teníamos , nos quejamos varias veces y no lo solucionaron ,aparte en recepción explicamos que fuimos a dar una sopresa para una hermana nuestra que era su cumpleaños y pedimos bajo encargo y pago unos detalles para que los dejaran en su habitación el 27 de agosto, pues las llevaron el día 24 ( que no era su cumpleaños) y por si fuera poco en la tarta pusieron el nombre de otra persona , un desastre !!
Deben de mejorar mucho el servicio de recepción

Séjour parfait:très bon rapport qualité prix:hotel de grand confort,très aéré avec beaucoup d'espace,2 piscines.Très bon buffet pour le PDJ.

Cons:

-la wifi n'est vraiment pas au point,voire pire à certains moments,elle ne fonctionnait plus du tout.
