Cons:

There are a lot of “handicapped parking”spaces..which is good but there aren’t “handicapped “ curbs…you still have to walk down the middle of the parking lot to get to the front door.

Pros:

The room was clean and the cleaning staff was friendly. We wanted a non smoking room and received a non smoking room. Very nice.

Cons:

On the booking web site it shows a picture of the Horseshu pool. (Understanding that it's a seasonal pool) It states that there's a Jacuzzi open year round. We assumed because of the picture that the Jacuzzi was located at the Horseshu. When we checked in, we were told that the pool and Jacuzzi at the Horseshu had been closed for 4 years. If we wanted to use the Jacuzzi we were welcome to drive over to the Cactus Pete's hotel and use their Jacuzzi. Mmm...I feel that this was misleading information on the booking web site. This should be disclosed before booking!

Pros:

The location is right off the highway with plenty of parking. Food was great at a decent price. Staff is friendly.

Cons:

Everything was fine. I had no complaints.

Good price, lack of some essentials

The rooms were clean and quiet.

Cons:

No fridge in the rooms, staff non existent inside the hotel. Hotel is across the street from the main casino, which makes checking in a pain because you have to check in a Cactus Pete's (hotel is a Cactus Pete's hotel) but then are told that your hotel is across the road. So we had to take our bags back out to the car and drive back across a busy road to get to our rooms.

I rented two rooms, one for my mom, who uses a CPAP at night. The ONLY electrical outlet in her room was in the bathroom, so she was not able to use her medical device.

I did bring this up to the staff at check out, and received zero apology or concern.
