Pros:

Bed was comfortable. Quiet location. Sheets were clean.

Cons:

Carpet was stained and not vacuumed. There was long black clumps of hair in the shower. Looked like someone shaved in the shower, wicker hair on the walls. Hair on the towels. Sink was broken and poured water onto the floor.
