Hintalaatu suhde oli Ok. Hotelli oli hieno ja yleiset tilat hienot. Aamupala buffet oli loistava. Huoneiden tuuletus järjestelmä oli hyvä. Saunat olivat hyviä.

Cons:

Huone oli likainen kylpyhuoneesta ja ammeessa oli ruskeita tahroja. Ammeen tulppa ei pysynyt kiinni ja valo välkkyi/oli palamassa heti toisesta päivästä eteenpäin. Tilasin late check Outin mutta avaimet loppuivat toimimasta silti heti klo12 ja siivooja koputteli ovelle. Lounas ja päivällis buffet olisi myös hyvä lisä. Hotellin oma ravintola oli kallis ja vaihtoehtoja vähän joten tuli kuljettua taksilla muualle.

Pobyt v hotelu byl skvělý po všech stránkách. Personál byl velmi vstřícný, pokoje čisté a komfortní a SPA bylo naprosto úžasné a dokonale relaxační. Určitě se sem ráda znovu vrátím a všem doporučuji.

Staff seems don't like to talk, not even inform about the wifi, the good thing i have my own data usage from my Finland sim card, coz i don't want to go back to her again and ask. No bidet in the toilet just a shower.

К сожалению это относится к СПА! Администратор СПА не профессионально обошлась с моим 8 летним внуком, когда он обратился к администратору, чтобы его проводили к бабушке в бассейн, где я его ждала, администратор стала звонить в номер, где отдыхал мой сын, после долгой дороги, сын спустился, проводил моего внука ко мне и у мальчика началась истерика. Ни о каком отдыхе в бассейне не могло быть речи! Мы приехали на одну ночь! Вечер был испорчен! Я возмутилась и попыталась объясниться с администратором, но она начала на меня ОРАТЬ!!! Чем испортила совсем мое впечатление о поездке!

if you are looking to enjoy a peaceful evening at the hotel and spa zone, we would recommend choosing a different hotel

Friendly and professional front desk staff who were always attentive and helpful

Cons:

during our stay, several children’s sports teams were staying at the hotel, and their presence in the SPA area was very noticeable. the children were loud, jumping into the pool from the edges, and did not seem to consider other guests. there was not staff in the SPA to supervise or manage such behavior, whit affected the overall experience.

Magada oli rahulik ja vaikne, väga mugav madrats ja padjad. Hommikusöök rikkalik.
