Świetna lokalizacja. Super sprawa - podgrzewana podłoga w łazience. Pyszne naleśniki na śniadanie (pozostałe rzeczy średnie). Fajny basen. Obsługa w strefie spa bardzo miła.

Cons:

Brak prysznica w łazience, a do tego zasłonka z ceraty.... Serio? W takim hotelu? Z obsługą bywało różnie. Część bardzo miła, niektórzy jakby pracowali za karę. Uśmiech tyle Państwa kosztuje? Śniadania średnie (smakowo i co dzień to samo).

Pros:

The room was clean, and the location of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was good.

The beds were very low, and it was extremely noisy (ventilator).

Unhelpful staff, no AC, lacks cleanliness
Pros:

Great Location.

Cons:

Staff wasn’t helpful, my AC didn’t work the first night - the next day i tried setting it to the lowest temperature while going outside only to come back and the room still be hot. While I might understand that they couldn’t get me into another room at 7pm, they didn’t offer any resolution to the issue - the maintenance guy sarcastically told me that he wished me the best of luck, and was surprised I wasn’t switched rooms. Despite this, I gave front desk a call and asked for a fan, so I can at least sleep somewhat comfortably - only to be told “We don’t give those out to rooms”.

While my room was relatively clean - the hallways and the doorway weren’t.
