Pros:

Vil ikke tilbake før oppussingen av hele hotellet er ferdig
God frokost, bra utvalg

Cons:

Manglende opplysninger om oppussingen og med redusert tilbud fra blant annet kjøkken
Tildeling av rom ( var vanskelig å få det riktig, selv om vi hadde vært i kontakt på forhånd)

Dårlig middag.kelnerene snakket engelsk. Tenk litt på de eldre som ikke snakker engelsk. Hva med noen som kan norsk.

Cons:

Fiskesuppe var elendig. Bruker ikke hele skalldyr i suppa. Blåskjellene var dårlig. Har vel ikke en stor sitronskive i suppa. Den var smakløs, ikke kremete og fyldig

Et sjarmerende sted vi kommer tilbake til.
Pros:

Superidyllisk beliggenhet og hyggelig interiør. Perfekt til stedets tema.

Cons:

Stedet skal oppgraderes, så der det nå var litt tynt regner vi med at det til neste år blir enda bedre fasiliteter.

Fantastiske ansatte, nydelig mat og veldig gode senger!
Pros:

Fantastiske, positive og imøtekommende ansatte, nydelig frokost, god middag i restauranten og kunne tilpasse allergier, fine rom og veldig gode senger. Ingenting å klage på. Reiste med 2 små barn alene, og personalet var behjelpelige og tilrettela for måltider med aktive barn! Vi kommer tilbake😁

Hyggelig personale og nydelig beliggenhet. God mat.

Cons:

Rommet vi fikk var lite og noe slitt, dog rent. Ikke nattbord. Men det fikk vi når vi spurte.

God mat och dryck och underbar atmosfär en perfekt nyårsafton!

vi ser fram emot att besöka er igen när ni är färdiga med renoveringen så vi kan besöka spa och se mer helheten av hotellet.

Perfekt när man får ha med hunden så man kan besöka er som familj, och som förbättrings punk för hunden, en mat och en vatten skål på rummet eller ett tuggben eller liknande som man får på andra hotell när man väljer till "hundpaket" så även hunden får lite lyx och känner sej bortskämd 🙂

Cons:

Spåren av renovering syntes men det visste vi om och har överseende med annars inget negativt

What a great experience!
Pros:

Amazing refurbishment. Top class facilities, when completed. Excellent position at the end of the Fjord. Fantastic breakfast.
Just one niggle... no coffee or tea making facilities in any room, as a policy, and we were in a wonderful junior suite! Where else in the world does that happen??
We loved the hotel, and would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful location!
Pros:

Beautiful location, very clean accommodations, and excellent breakfast. We were given a flat with stunning views of the harbor.

Cons:

This is not a negative but property is under construction in some of the areas so guests simply need to be aware of this. When remodeling is completed this is sure to be an even more stunning hotel.

Pros:

Frühstück hervorragend, ebenso das Abendessen, auch der Absacker an der Bar wurde durch das Gespräch mit dem Barkeeper noch aufgewertet! Das Hotel wurde, bzw. wird gerade renoviert, daher sind die Zimmer auch in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand.

Cons:

Durch die Renovierungsarbeiten waren die Wellnessbereiche während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht nutzbar, aber gut, damit kann man leben. Die Parkplätze sind etwas schlecht beschildert, und für verwöhnte Gäste etwas weit weg, aber das ist natürlich alles relativ..
