The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It was impossible to sleep at night. There was so much noise in the room, even with earplugs. There were some young people in the room next to us who were making a lot of noise, in addition to the noise coming from the street/ pub.

CRASH Hotel stay.
Pros:

Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Due to the info available, we booked and paid more for a room further away from the bar to reduce the noise and got room 100.. earplugs were also provided but just outside our bedroom window was a generator of some sort, possibly for refrigeration or Air Conditioning unit which was noisy and kept going off during the evening and all night so we hardly slept.
We had booked to stay 1 additional night a few days later but canceled due to the issue with the noise mentioned.

Motel im Squamish
Pros:

Das Crash Hotel Squamish bietet ein modernes, vollständig digitales Check-in-Konzept ohne klassische Rezeption. Der Online-Check-in funktionierte problemlos und für Fragen stand jederzeit eine Kontakttelefonnummer zur Verfügung. Das Hotel war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die sehr gut beschriebenen Parkmöglichkeiten, sodass das Parken trotz fehlender Hotelparkplätze unkompliziert war.

Insgesamt ein sauberes und modernes Hotel in guter Lage. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte die Lage über der Bar jedoch berücksichtigen.

Cons:

Wichtig zu wissen: Das Hotel befindet sich direkt über einer Bar. Dadurch ist es in den Zimmern bis spät in die Nacht recht laut. Ohrstöpsel werden zwar auf dem Nachttisch bereitgelegt, auf die tatsächliche Lautstärke wird man jedoch erst während des Check-ins aufmerksam gemacht.

Die Kreditkarten-Kaution blieb bei uns etwa acht Tage nach dem Check-out blockiert. Zudem erhielten wir kurz nach unserem Aufenthalt vermehrt unerwünschte Werbe- und Spam-Nachrichten aus Brasilien. , (wobei wir nicht beurteilen können, ob dies mit dem Hotelaufenthalt zusammenhing.)

Great spot, paper thin walls
Pros:

Easy check in and out. Everything in the room was comfortable and worked well.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin. The shower next door made me feel like I was in the room with the shower. Any noise down the hall carried into any room. It wasn't even that busy.

In Ordnung, wenn man nicht lärmempfindlich ist
Pros:

Das Crash Hotel überzeugt mit einem guten Preis. Das Hotel liegt zentral zwischen verschiedenen Lokalen und alles nötige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Im Hotel ist unten ein Aufenthaltsbereich mit Automaten. Die Zimmer sind groß genug für zwei Personen mit Koffern. Das Zimmer war auch sauber und der digitale Check In war praktisch für unsere späte Anreise. Die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp und war sehr freundlich. Lediglich eine Info zum Check Out fehlte uns, sodass wir die Karten einfach zurück in den Kasten gelegt haben, wo wir sie auch her hatten.

Cons:

Leider gibt es keinen Hotel-Parkplatz und das Parken an der Straße war nur ein paar Straßenecken weiter erlaubt, wo alles voll war… Es gab im Hotel keinen Aufzug. Als wir ankamen, war das Zimmer gekühlt wie ein Kühlschrank, die Fenster waren sogar beschlagen. Im Zimmer selbst gibt es keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Weder bei Check in noch bei Check Out haben wir einen Menschen gesehen, was sich etwas unpersönlich anfühlte. Es schien sich keiner darum zu kümmern, was andere Gäste nachts für einen Lärm machten. Der Club unten drunter war auch sehr laut.

Good price for Squamish
Pros:

Excellent location in town, right on Main Street and close to the waterfront.
There was a little fridge in the room, pretty handy.
Comfy beds.

Cons:

The AC was pretty loud which disrupted our sleep a lot.
